Situated between the bedrooms, the clean and modern bathroom offers a combo tub/shower for your convenience. Additional amenities include an in-unit stacked washer/dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stay cool during warm San Diego days with the A/C mini-split system, and rest easy knowing you have one dedicated parking space on-site. The area is highly walkable, benefiting from the sunny San Diego weather. Balboa Park is not only a cultural oasis with 18 museums, numerous gardens, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo, but also a hub for various cultural events and activities throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Walk around the beautiful neighborhood of Marston Hills, through exciting Hillcrest or take a short ride-share straight to bustling Downtown. The famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are mere minutes away. The options are endless for activities, dining and entertainment!



Other Things to Note:

• Please note that any rentals exceeding 30 days will require additional verification, lease agreement, and deposit. Kindly contact management for any questions.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.

• Parking: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle on-site.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

We stayed at this property from January through early May 2026 and overall had a positive experience with the apartment itself. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-located, and maintenance issues were handled exceptionally quickly. For example, a broken TV was replaced within hours, which was genuinely impressive.Unfortunately, our stay ended on a disappointing note due to a missing UPS package valued at 378.While we were away from the property, I asked management if they could bring a delivered package inside the unit due to its value. They agreed to help. After the package was delivered, I received written confirmation from management that it had been located and brought inside the apartment. Based on that confirmation, I did not make alternative arrangements to retrieve it.When we later returned to the property, the package could not be found. Management ultimately explained that the package had never been verified and that the confirmation had been provided in error. Although Ryan, the operations coordinator, handled the matter professionally and arranged a partial reimbursement of 295, resolving the issue required extensive follow-up and documentation on our part.I also learned that package delivery confusion appears to be an ongoing issue at this multi-unit property.Overall, this was a difficult ending to what otherwise would have been a very positive long-term stay. Guests expecting important deliveries should consider using a secure alternate delivery.
