Escape to our charming, air-conditioned vacation home in Clarksville, where tranquil lake views and outdoor adventures await. A gently sloping path through the pine woods leads to a large private dock and covered boat slip! Bluestone boat ramp is a short distance for put in/take out. Large deck with table/chairs/umbrella overlooks a grassy, flat backyard conducive to lawn games.

As you step inside, the main hallway contains 2 (of the 4) main level bedrooms with easy access to the living room and a fully stocked kitchen containing all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and unwind in the cozy living room. Upstairs, you'll find a foosball table, dual pop-a-shot basketball, ring toss, and mini-corn hole gameboards in the game room for some friendly (or competitive!) activities.

When it's time to explore, venture out to the nearby points of interest and discover the natural beauty that surrounds you. Spend a day fishing, boating, or simply soaking up the sun at the water's edge, or hike through the lush trails of Occoneechee State Park. Back at the property, you can roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play in the outdoor play area, or simply relax on the porch, taking in the serene lakeside atmosphere. Great vacation

Wow i love this place, check in was easy, the neighborhood was so nice, yard was big, walk to lake was short and dock was nice. Did catch a few fish. The kids loved the swimming area. There is a game room upstairs. The bedrooms r nice. Kitchen is amazing , well stocked. Lots of sitting room in living room. Nice deck to sit on. . Grill is nice. Bathrooms r very roomy. We have rented this house 2 times and have not been disappointed. The only flaw i can say is walking to lake down the path has a lot of tree roots so watch your step. Beautiful home and wonderful stay.

Everything was exactly as described, home had more space than what the pictures seem to depict. Nice quiet street for myself and some employees to rest after a hard days work. Will be renting again. Owner was also extremely responsive

Lake break

Everything as described, only draw back was there was slightly less than three feet of water at dock. We opted to keep our boat at local rental marina dock, instead of the houses dock. I heard this time of year water is lower and also in a little bit of a drought. Our stay was last week of October. Thank you.

Great location on the lake, great hosts, but bring your linens!

The house, hosts, and location are all great. The photos and description are accurate however one important note is that linens are not provided. It would be very helpful if this was listed in the property description, clearly, up front. Overall we had a great experience. We had some things come up during our stay and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Also, the house is well stocked with everything you could need in a kitchen, lots of extra cleaning supplies, and nice touches that help make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fishing Relaxation

The property was very nice and as advertised. We came to fish and have peace for a few days. The Wi-Fi network name mentioned in the email did not come up and there wasn’t a card in the basket with the password. We ended up connecting to an unsecure network when needed. Overall we had a nice time but the mattresses may need to be replaced as a couple of them were uncomfortable. 😕 Thank you for having us.

Big Groups - This is a great place to stay!

We had a blast at our annual family vacation on the lake! This house has plenty of sleeping spaces for a very large family. We ranged in ages from 18 months to 70! We loved the big yard and enjoyed playing badminton, dodge ball, softball and frisbee! The fire pit was nice in the evenings and of course we made s'mores! But of course the best part was enjoying the lake. There was plenty of room for our three boats and it was a great place for a swim too. The only thing that was the least bit "negative" was the distance from the house to the lake... quite a hike but not too steep. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a large group!

Great place to stay

The location and property was perfect for us. The house had plenty of beds to accommodate 3 families with 4 kids comfortably. We didn't spend any time on the lake because we were there to attend a birthday party for our grandson. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The fridge and stove were new. Internet and satellite were a welcome addition. The gameroom occupied our grandkids for most of their free time. There is a large deck, with table, chairs, umbrella and a large grill. There is also a large front porch to enjoy the rural setting. Though there are several houses close by, we never saw anyone the entire time. The location of the house is within 10 minutes of the town of Clarksville. Overall it is a newer house that is well maintained and cared for and would meet the needs of most groups. I wish they supplied sheets and towels.

Great week on the lake!

We stayed at Ed and Kay's lakehouse for the 4th of July week. We all had a great time. We played in the lake, jumped off the dock, paddle boarded, kayaked, played games, watched movies, made yummy food and simply had the best week disconnected from the rest of the world. Verizon cell service is non existent. Great wifi but was a bit tricky to get the entry code from vbro when I had no service...definitely screenshot the code before arrival. It was a bit of a trek to the lake but we knew that from the pictures. No spices at all in the kitchen but salt and pepper...we made it work. Food Lion is 10 mins away. The kitchen was pretty stocked with dishes. Had to hunt down some hand towels for the bathrooms. Plenty of space to relax and sleep. We had a party of four adults, two teens and three kids 9, 10 and 11. Lots of bugs. Don't forget your bug spray and don't leave the porch light on if you expect to go in and out after dark...you will let in hundreds of bugs...kids loved the dock and gameroom. LOTS of movies and books. Netflix was great on our lazy days. Pizza Pub and The Cottage Barn ice cream place are delicious! We would absolutely stay here again.

We can’t wait to come back! Everything about this home is perfect down to the water pressure in the shower. There is something for everyone and we could not be happier. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed every second. Fishing, board games, winery next door, comfy couch, cool evenings - what else could you ask for? Lots of space!

Lots of space inside and out!!! Well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside areas - the back deck and nice flat yard were great for the kids. However the furniture, bedding and mattresses are in dire need of updating. Please note that this stay does NOT INCLUDE SHEETS OR TOWELS which the listing does not explicitly state!!!

Plenty of parking and outlets for recharging batteries and boat trailer parking. House was situated right to accommodate a nice group and plenty of beds. Had all the ameneties you would need, and the house was very clean. You will not be disappointed.

Nice house in quiet area

We had a nice stay here! Very spacious with a lot of bed options which was great! Loved the game room upstairs. Path to the dock was very nice and the dock was great to swim from. Safe and quiet cove and quiet neighborhood which was nice! We did see a mouse visitor in the house a few times with some droppings so a mouse trap would be good. We really enjoyed the stay

Last minute trip

A quick weekend trip for my daughters birthday. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the family. Our dogs LOVED the open space to run around. The kids loved fishing off the dock (we caught 2 catfish & a large mouth Bass). Plenty of games and activities to keep us busy for the weekend, and relaxing at the same time. This will definitely be a home we put into our favorites!
