Vaulted ceilings with lots of large dual pane windows make this home very light and bright.

The kitchen is open to the dining area/sitting room with a television. This kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Master Bedroom: King size bed (Tempurpedic memory foam, Supreme Collection) with private bath, walk in closet and doorways to back patio and interior atrium.

Guest bedroom #1: Full size bed (Stearns & Foster pillowtop).

The house was very spacious, lots of rooms to accommodate all family members and the bathrooms were all clean! The back patio with pool was a great area to hang-out, weather permitting. The house has a unique structure, with an atrium, something not seen in homes today. It brings in natural light, which is very refreshing! We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property, tucked away at the foothills, still close to town but felt secluded as well. Loved the sights and sounds of the wildlife and the house was very roomy for everyone's stay, enjoyed our breakfast in the courtyard in the middle as well.

Lovely Desert Retreat

Perfect location

On a working vacation for spring break with three teens. This was the perfect spot. They loved the pool during the day and the two tv rooms at night including a great hangout space. The location is convenient to everything on the east side including Sabino Canyon and Mt Lemon. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen and laundry made it easy to feel at home. Will definitely be staying here again.

A Lovely Place in the Sun

Lovely, well kept home near the Catalina foothills in a quiet neighborhood. Close to golf courses, biking paths, hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemon, and Saguaro NP East. Great House for extended family

It being winter, we loved all the interior space, places where we could be together and also have quiet and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. House pool not open in winter, but we had access to a local tennis, gym, and heated pool.

Warm, well located house in Tucson

This house is situated in a beautiful part of Tucson and is convenient to almost everything. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and the bedrooms comfortable. There is plenty of space for folks to spread out, and enough room to all be together. The pool is spotless and well maintained. The owner is hospitable and easily reachable. All house operations are well detailed and understandable. Everything that you need to have a great stay in Tucson is included in the house!

Golf Trip

Great location, and quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. Guy was helpful and returned deposit promptly. Close to great golf courses. House met our needs and plenty of space with four bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, but with our small group we ate out all of our meals. Damage checklist and rule list was a little intimidating, but probably stemmed from bad guests in the past. Would stay again.

Desert retreat

This was a lovely house in the foothills outside Tucson. We saw a variety of wildlife while at the house, Javalina, coyotes, quail, roadrunners, rabbits and LOTS of hummingbirds. Heated pool was really nice, although the weather didn't cooperate. One morning, my daughter-in-law sat bundled up in a blanket while her son swam in the pool. It was 44 degrees out. There was plenty of dishes and cookware, lots of towels, including pool towels. Lots of books and magazines. The beds were all very comfortable. Family room is located in the back of the house, seperated from the bedrooms. It was nice so that the kids could sleep without being disturbed by our noise. Convenient to groceries at Safeway and other products at Ace Hardware. Lots of dining options.

I have owned and cared for this home for over 30 years and raised my children there during their formative years. It is a fabulous home in a magical area with some nice upgrades along the journey. This home gets more TLC than a commercial investment property that is just about the revenue stream. I have been happy to share this wonderful place with other guests for over 12 years now as a Premier Host. I am often there twice a week to look after things or just enjoy a lounge session at the pool (when not occupied by guests).

I truly care about my guests and their Tucson experience and will go the distance to be reponsive when you give me a chance. The size of the home makes it great for large groups and smaller groups alike depending on your needs. There are plenty of vacation rentals out there, so pick one that fits your needs.
