Pet Types Allowed: We welcome well-behaved dogs. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions about other types of pets.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 (if 1 dog) or $500 (if 2 dogs) per stay is required for guests bringing pets. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance associated with accommodating pets.

Maximum Number of Pets: Guests are limited to bringing a maximum of two pets per reservation unless otherwise approved by the host.

Pet Size Limit: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we can only accommodate pets weighing up to 50 pounds. Larger pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and non-destructive. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.

Leash Requirement: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in common areas of the property, unless otherwise specified by the host.

Pet Waste Cleanup: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste in designated areas.

Noise and Disturbances: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturbances that may disrupt other guests or neighbors.

Pet Allergies: Please note that while we strive to accommodate guests with allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, especially if pets have been present in the property.

Violation of Pet Policy: Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
