Really nice floorplan that allows you to spread out with your group. Three beds and one pullout sofa, a solid sized kitchen and a great balcony. Couple of very good breakfast places within 100 yards as well. GREAT pizza place about a quarter mile away.

Cancelled by owner on our arrival day
I booked this apartment about two months before our scheduled arrival into New Orleans of October 11. Several times after, I tried to contact the owner to get information about the address and check-in time but never heard back. Only a couple of days before did I get the address, but I still did not receive check-in information. Finally, after 9am on the morning of my arrival, after several of my friends were already on a plane to New Orleans, I received a notification that the apartment was no longer available. The owner later contacted me to say that there was a plumbing issue that had no been resolved, citing the hurricane among the causes. I can completely understand if an issue is making the apartment uninhabitable, but there is no reason it should take until the day of our arrival to be notified. We were extremely lucky to find other accommodations on a very crowded weekend. If the apartment isn’t available, then the listing should be removed until it’s usable again.
