House was exactly as advertised, might have even been better than described. Great location and very clean. Plenty of room for our rather large group with enough space and extra linens. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot, close to the street car!

Had a good stay at the property this past week. Overall, we enjoyed the property. GREAT location, especially since the Street Car is close, but we walked to and from the French Quarter/Downtown as well. Nice sized rooms, especially the master.

New Orleans getaway

The home was well maintained. Location to public transpiration was very convenient. Private driveway, parking spacious for two vehicles was a big plus. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little tired, however we always felt safe. The master bedroom could benefit from some type of wardrobe to accommodate clothing storage. Overall, very happy. We would definitely recommend this home to others coming to New Orleans for it's cleanliness and close location to the Canal St. tram. I was a little disappointed that I had to bring the stools down to the floor at both the island and the high top upon arriving. Home Sweet Home

We were so pleased when we arrived and found it so easy to follow the instructions for entry. Cody, our property manager was very easy to talk to. He made sure that we had all the information needed to make our stay GREAT. We plan to visit this exact location in the future.

Great property with a private parking spot, close enough to Canal St can be there in 5 minutes, far enough away you can sleep quietly at night. Great location for kids with a hide a bed in the master bedroom to keep an eye on them at night. We will rent this location again next time we are in New Orleans.

Loved the house and location! My kids really enjoyed the foosball table. It became an evening routine for us to play. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for letting us use your home for our NOLA trip.

Great stay

Lovely property. House was clean. Served the purpose for what we needed it for. Bed was fairly comfortable, no complaints. Only thing I would do differently is after cleaning take the chairs off the tables and counters. Makes it more welcoming and inviting for your guest.

We had a good time

The house was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean except the trash can in the laundry room had trash in it. The washer and dryer need to be looked at. they work but the doors don't close probably so you have to mess with it a little to get it closed right but all in all I would definitely stay again!

Spring Break Family Edition :)

We brought our 10 year old and two 3 year olds and had a great time! One block from the street car line, making the travel into town super easy and cheap. Great location and great time!
