The place was nice and clean, just as in the pictures. Location was great, a 5 minute walk from Main Street and in front of the bus stop that takes you to the main lifts. The host was very kind and she was in touch with us in case we needed anything.

We had a wonderful time at Sundowner II, which was perfectly located within walking distance of town, the rental office, the Snowflake lift, and the pool and hot tub complex! The skiers in our group were able to walk to rent their skis, then walk back and forth to the Snowflake lift each day. Super handy to be able to store all their gear in the ski closet by the front door. We walked to the pool and hot tub complex, which was a great opportunity to relax after skiing. And we all enjoyed being able to walk to town for dinner or dessert or a walk around the charming town of Breckenridge. Also, really handy to have garage parking with an easy elevator ride up with our luggage and groceries. The unit was clean and tidy and had all the things we needed to make ourselves at home, including games! The staff was super helpful to us during our stay, which we very much appreciated as well. We look forward to returning!

Really enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy, walking or driving to Main St was great and getting back and forth to the mountain was no problem. The hot tub and pool area was very nice also. Would definitely stay here again.
