Gas grill on outdoor patio with big table, 1 block to stores & restaurants! Located at the 400 block of Four O'Clock Road, Breckenridge, CO. Spectacular hiking off the back of the patio area on the ski run! 5-minute stroll to the pool and hot tub complex! FREE Town shuttle picks up right out front. PLEASE NOTE: The pool-hot tub complex nearby is closed September 6th - Nov 11th. Pool hours are 12 PM – 8 PM daily.



Super-cushy seating for 9 in the living room, yet 3 spacious floors to spread out! Tasteful, clean accommodations in the middle of it all, but you don't want to break the bank? You've found it! This end unit has extra south-facing windows, and the gorgeous river-rock gas fireplace is the focal point for your relaxing escape!

Lower Floor: 3rd bedroom with Queen located behind sliding wall divider and full bath. There is an open area outside the 3rd bedroom with a Queen Sofa Sleeper + 1 Bunk Bed. Perfect kid hangout! A full-sized washer and dryer are on that floor as well!

Property has most of the essentials. the bedroom upstairs are very nice. Basement sleeping area was a little musty / smelly. Location of the property was perfect and very easy to walk to town.overall met our needs for a guys mountain bike weekend in Breckenridge.

This condo is in a great location and is reasonably priced. The living and dining areas are very comfortable and spacious. Itrip manages the property and they got us 9x13 pans when we couldn't find them and laundry soap when it ran out. Also followed up on a city wide Internet Outage. Very timely and responsible.
