Beautiful and modern apartment in Quito, very confortable and clean. Claudia was very responsive and attentive to the needs. 100% recommended. Close to restaurants, mall and parks.

Nice spacious apartment in a nice downtown city environment. Plenty of restaurants near by. Plenty of security whether police walking around or private security for many stores and restaurants.Will definitely use again when I return next year.

This is a very modern and clean unit in one of the nicest areas in Quito. Very close to restaurants. Even has a mini market next door. My lower rating on the check-in process was because when we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. Not sure if VRBO didn't communicate the reservation to the host or the host missed it, but it caused an unnecessary delay and stress. To the hosts credit, she arrived at the unit within 10 minutes of finding out there was an issue. She allowed us to check in while she worked behind the scenes with VRBO to ifx this. Could have been a disaster, but she minimized the damage. One thing I will warn people about. Although this unit is on the 13th floor, it was very easy to hear much of the street noise. We were waken up by a barking dog between 6-6:30 virtually every morning. Other than that, the place was great.
