Upon your arrival at 838 Links Way, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546 you'll enter through the front door and walk up a full set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
..... Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows.
..... The 6 bath towels provided for your stay will be found on the bed in bedroom 1. The two hand and face towels will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Images shown were taken prior to COVID-19 preparation done in June 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All five people enjoyed the condominium and its amenities. We would absolutely stay at the same property again. Only complaint was lack of real blankets, some of the guests were cold. We tried to be respectful and not run the heating system too high for too long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some good things to this rental. Spacious, nice decor and new appliances. The only bad things were:1. The internet was very slow and I could only use one tablet and cell phone at a time. 2. The first night when the heater came on at 2 am I thought the roof was caving in. It was quiet during our 2nd and 3rd night though.3. The shower head in the loft area shot up to the ceiling and using the shower half the water continued to pour from the tub faucet.The shower head in the master also shot towards the wall.4. There are several places where there is water damage at the entry way and the quest bedroom across from the kitchen area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was nice. There was dried food on the floor. None of the spas were open. Long walk from the parking lot to unload everything. The cookware was old and way outdated. The master bathroom faucets spray in different directions. Other than that. The place was cozy. Was warm. Fireplace was easy to use.
