Wonderful Canal Front Pool Home With Beautiful Sunsets

**** Due to COVID we are following enhanced cleaning procedures and/or allow for extra time between rentals. *****
Our home offers a relaxing peaceful environment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located on a cul de sac, there are very few cars that travel on the street. The neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. It is conveniently located between Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point . The Yacht Club Community Park and Beach are only 10 minutes away. The house is located on a canal ,a short boat ride to the Caloosahatchee River, from there you can reach the gulf .
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, private Master bath with dual vanity, walk-in closet, TV, access to the pool area and is located on one side of the house. You can lie in bed and watch TV or look at the pool and canal. For Privacy, the other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed , walk-in closet, TV and a slider to the pool and bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a walk-in closet and a TV with DVD player. These two bedrooms share a bathroom , which opens onto the lanai area as well. It's perfect for coming in from the pool. In addition to two zones of air conditioning , we also have ceiling fans in each bedroom, the dining room and family room.

We have a few books and games as well as a deck of cards. There are maps of the area listing plenty of things to do.

We have rented a lot of houses in South Florida and this was the best.. and the pool was fantastic , big enough and well heated.The house is well stocked and very clean and the manager was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thje neighborhood was nice . Great for bike riding.

This home had everything we desired for a restful family vacation. Well located for day trips, excellent dining, sights and shopping. This is a home away from home with perks! Great SW Cape Coral Home in Desirable Neighborhood

We stayed in this lovely, comfortable home for two months in the winter of 2017. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, walkable and very well kept. We were very close to the Rotary Park, Cape Harbor, the Marina Village and lots of good places to eat and shop. The owners equipped the spacious house very well, with all the dishes and cookware needed and excellent new appliances. The pool was warm and clean and got a lot of sun. We enjoyed the TV service as well because of the channel choices and prime time on demand. Two bicycles in great shape were available to us which was a real plus! The longer we stayed, the more we liked this house.. The property manager was excellent, too. We had very few issues but when we did, she was very responsive and accommodating and the issues were resolved. We look forward to returning in 2018.

Schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes Anwesen in einer ruhigen Straße. Tolle Lage direkt am Kanal, Südausrichtung sowie genügend Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, wir haben immer selbst gekocht und nichts vermisst. Das Haus wird durch verschiedene Kameras bewacht, die man aber abdecken bzw. zur Wand drehen könnte, was dann kein Problem darstellt.Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Wäschetrockner stehen auch zur Verfügung und ein "Pooldoktor" kümmert sich 1x pro Woche um die Sauberkeit des Pools. Geschäfte sind auch nach kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig angelegt, so dass man sich problemlos zurückziehen kann. Wir hatten Vorab mit Beth sehr netten Kontakt und wurden von der Hausverwalterin Mary Jane freundlich empfangen, bekamen Empfehlungen für verschiedene Restaurants und Bars und konnten alle Fragen klären. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Florida und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten, da man wundervoll entspannen kann und sich sofort zuhause fühlt.Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da, falls es etwas zu regeln gibt.

Google Translation of review: Nice, clean, well maintained property in a quiet street. Great location right on the canal, south orientation as well as enough distance to the neighbors. Good kitchen facilities, we always cooked ourselves and nothing was missing. The house is guarded by different cameras, but you could cover or turn to the wall, which is no problem. A washing machine as well as a tumble dryer are also available and a "pool doctor" takes care once a week around the cleanliness of the pool. Shops are also reachable after a short journey. The house is very generously laid out so that you can easily move back. We had pre-arranged with Beth very nice contact and were received by the housekeeper Mary Jane friendly, received recommendations for different restaurants and bars and could clarify all the questions. It was our first stay in Florida and we would always go back to this hotel, as you can relax wonderfully and feel right at home. Relaxing way to spend a week -- close to everything

This home was very comfortable. The weather was perfect in March enabling us to spend most of our time on the lanai or in the heated pool. Outdoor furniture was plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and cooking implements. No need to bring spices, they are all there. Beds also comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone. Mary Jane the property manager is awesome. Always helpful and appreciated. Thank you Beth for welcoming us into your home.

Peaceful oasis in beautiful Cape Coral

We had booked this lovely home for a weeks' vacation with our adult children. The accommodation is spacious and located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. We had everything we needed and purchased groceries at near by Publix and Walmart stores. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for a day at the beach and the private heated pool was thoroughly enjoyed. When the temperatures are cool, you can enjoy a cross breeze from the enclosed lanai and listen to the birds. Six of us comfortably slept in the 3 bedrooms, each with ceiling fans. The owner and representative were available for questions. Would love to return again.

Wonderful comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property was just as described and all of the furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The sun filled lanai and pool were a joy.The owner was easy to deal with. We would stay here again and have recommended it to our friends.

Most relaxing week ever!

We had the best time. The lanai was perfect for afternoon cocktails by the pool. The house was super clean, well maintained and had lots of seating for everyone. Convenient to the shopping areas, local restaurants and other attractions. We didn't really spend that much time indoors, but the layout was well thought-out as was the sleeping arrangements: the master was on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. The area is very quite and the pool (heated ) was very private. All said, I'd go back again for my next Florida vacation.

Dream vacation

We stayed at this house in February and just loved it.The house was immaculate and provided everything we needed. The pool was heated and just delightful. We ate breakfast on the Lani every morning and watched the boats go by on the canal. Loved it so much we went back in March. Since the house had it's own dock we even thought about renting a boat for the week. Would go back in a heartbeat and will this winter.Chris from Massachusetts

My family has traveled to Florida for vacations for many years to enjoy the sunshine, beaches and amusement parks. We stayed in a vacation home in Cape Coral and we liked it so much that we purchased this home and plan to move there in the future. Until then, we have been vacationing there whenever we have the chance. We are unable to spend as much time as we would like in this beautiful home. It's a shame to leave it empty, so we have decided to share our home with others. We hope you will enjoy staying in our home, and perhaps decide to move there as well !

Why they chose this property

This is not a house we purchased to rent, it is a house we purchased to be our home. We can't wait to spend more time here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home set up is perfect with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the house. With both a formal living room as well as a family room, there are plenty of places to sit indoors. We love the lanai the best and have comfortable chairs there. We spend most nights sitting on the screened lanai with the pool lights on. It is perfect for a night time swim. Unlike some other vacation rental homes, we spend time in the home and notice the small things that need to be fixed , and try to update something every year.
