Ola Vista is a stunning beachfront home designed to offer everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The property features a spacious living area, ample dining space, a game room, a theater room, and 11 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Outside, you’ll enjoy a beachfront deck with a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, lounge chairs for sunbathing, a convenient pool bath, and a dune walkover providing direct access to the beach.

Ola Vista is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the summer.

The main floor features a large great room with plenty of space for everyone to gather and eat together. The kitchen is equipped with three full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ranges, a large commercial ice machine, and a long breakfast bar. Entertainment options abound with a game room that includes billiards, a shuffleboard table, and a video game table, along with three full-sized arcade games in the entry hall. A theater room with comfortable seating provides another option for relaxation. This floor also includes three bedrooms: a King bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds, and a room with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed. There is also a half bath on this floor (in addition to the half bath outside by the pool).

On the top floor, you’ll find eight additional bedrooms, including two beachfront King bedrooms, four additional King bedrooms, and two bunkrooms, each currently outfitted with two Queen/Queen bunks and a Twin/Twin bunk.

Ola Vista is located on West Beach Boulevard, 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
