2. Besides enjoying its amenities, such as its private pool and the spectacular view from the terrace, you will also have exclusive access to the extravagant clubhouse.
3. You can enjoy the best of La Paz, for example, Playa Balandra, or visit the Island with the best scenic views in the world called Isla Espíritu Santo.
The space
This house was built in 2023, so you can be part of the select group of people to set foot on this property for the first time. And also, the brand new Club House facilities will make you feel like part of the royal family.
Guest access
The community has controlled access at the main entrance and on both sides of the beach club, so you can enjoy your stay with your guests calmly and safely.
Before attending, a list of the guests' names will be required.

Barely brand new construction
We enjoyed our stay at casa Cortes. Location is close to everything you can need. The community is brand new There’s only like five homes built at the moment The community house and pool are awesome.
