A 30A Dream Escape!

Located on the sought-after Highway 30A in the gated Seaside Proper Neighborhood, this stunning and tastefully decorated beach home awaits! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you and your family are sure to love every moment spent at Sandity.

Upon entry, you will be impressed by the open-concept main floor plan. Designed to perfection with high-end furnishings and elegant fixtures, no detail has gone amiss. Step into the gourmet kitchen, and the chef of the group will be delighted by the huge center island with seating and top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas stove top and a wine fridge.

The living room is luxurious, with plush couches, a large TV, a game/dining table, and plenty of windows and glass doors that allow natural light to brighten the space.

Step outside, and you will be transported into a peaceful oceanfront oasis with lounge seating on both the lower and upper-level decks. Just one house down on a private boardwalk is direct access to the private beach, where you can bring your beach chairs, water sports equipment, and snacks to enjoy a glorious afternoon under the sun.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head back to the house and up to the resort-like master suite with a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, a small kitchenette with a Keurig, patio access, and a gorgeous ensuite with a large vanity, and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds, while the second guest bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds.

5 night minimum in Spring and Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall. Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum for Summer.

Perfect Beach House

We came for our yearly Seaside beach trip. This house is our new favorite! Perfect location- nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. Everything was as advertised! Sandity - The Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I went for a short trip to relax for the holiday, and we picked the perfect place! It was in a great location overlooking the beach, beautifully decorated, and the owner was so easy to communicate with! We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic location, great host

My wife and I had our 2 teenagers and 2 of their friends. The setup was perfect with bunk beds and another room with 2 beds. The master was perfect with a great bathroom and more than enough room. Our host, Sarah, was available and incredibly pleasant...even with some of our silly questions. The access to the private beach was a huge hit as we didn't have to rush out at 6:00 a.m. to guarantee a spot, and we didn't have to pay big bucks to rent chairs and umbrellas. Huge thumbs up. We will be back!

Amazing Property

The home is beautiful. The upstairs is a fabulous entertaining area with gorgeous views of the ocean. And the three bedrooms downstairs have beautiful bathrooms. The house is very well stocked—kitchen ware, beach towels, etc. We will definitely go back!

Great property in Seaside right next to a pavilion. 3 minute walk to Modica’s Market or head the other direction and be in Watercolor in the same time. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed. Excellent communication with home owner and property is exactly as advertised. Would stay again.

What a beautiful home on a gorgeous spot on the Gulf! Perfectly situated within walking distance of the center of Seaside, this home has spectacular sunset views over the ocean and every amenity you need. Comfortable yet beautifully decorated, the house was perfect for celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her 5 friends. We loved every minute and would definitely return. Sarah and Clay were awesome hosts and made it all very easy. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the beach, even with small children, a baby, and grandparents in tow. We also rented bikes, and the house being right next to a biking trail was incredibly convenient.The home itself was clean and well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. With two sets of stairs, we did need to rent baby gates for safety, so that’s something to keep in mind for families with little ones.One thing that would’ve made our stay even smoother was a printed guide in the house with community pool locations, access codes, and instructions for using the Sonos system.That said, the owners were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property!

We spent eight nights at this home and thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay! It’s clear that the home has been decorated and appointed with so much care, intention, and love. All the furnishings, bedding, and housewares are high end and pristine. The view from the second floor patio is beautiful and we enjoyed many lovely sunsets while listening to the built-in Sonos speakers. Location is phenomenal. We hardly even got in the car and enjoyed walking to so many restaurants and shops. Having beach chairs in front of the home each day was such a luxury.The home is even nicer in person and we’re so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here!

Oceanfront Dream Escape

Our family (myself, my son and daughter-in-law, and their 3-year old and 18-month old) stayed here for a 3-day getaway. It was exactly like the photos in every way. Stunning, well-appointed property, oceanfront, 2 houses down from the crossover to the beach, 2 blocks from Seaside town center. We rented a golf cart but didn’t need it because we were so close to everything! Our hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to every question we had, even though they were out of the country at the time. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip!

This was our first trip to Seaside/30A and I'm not sure how we were lucky enough to choose this VRBO owned by Sarah and her family. They were kind enough to provide a few recommendations of favorite spots and made it super easy to check in/check out.As for the property, its rare that I would ever say its better than the pictures, but this property is so much better than the pictures convey! This home is beachfront, one house away from the stairs to the beach, extremely well appointed, and about 20 houses away from the main shopping/dining area of Seaside - close enough, but without all of the loud tourists walking around. As for the beach, i didn't realize that the beach in front of the house (and Seaside) is not public. You access the beach through a wrist-band activated gate and it is extremely serene and peaceful. So great to have the beach available to just the people staying there. I would highly recommend renting beach chairs/umbrellas from the Cabana man as it includes setup/teardown every day, your name tag, and makes it so incredibly easy. The only thing we didn't get to do that we wanted was to enjoy a bonfire on the beach with s'mores, but hopefully next time!Thank you Sarah - you have a truly special property and we very much appreciate your hospitality during our stay. We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely Stunning!

This house & location are to die for! We were so honored to be the very 1st renters for Sarah & Clay in their beautiful home! They were both very communicative with us and super helpful on suggestions on where to eat, etc. I have 4 girls and they LOVED this house! Plenty of places to sleep & the kitchen is HUGE! The house is stocked with everything you could need (beach towels, 2 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas, lots of umbrellas (which we used when it rained and we walked to dinner). We were truly sad to have to leave to come back home. We will be back again!!

Good option in seaside

The location of the property is great- right on the beach, within walking distance to the town center, and with nice views. Most appliances worked well and there were no mechanical issues during our stay. My kids loved the bunk beds. Very comfortable bedding in master and the kids rooms.My only suggestions would be to remove the owners clothing and personal items from the drawers and closets as there was hardly any room for us to put our things, clean out the bathtub in the bonus room off of the master (it was dirty), and have more basic needs items (only one wash cloth at each bathroom sink, etc.).Overall, we had a nice time.
