Interaction with Guests

Meet with the guest upon check in and for any needed assistance during your stay.
Walk-through of home with guests is done only after reservation is confirmed and on the day of check in and on check out. Guest who confirmed reservation must be present at check-in. Only guests on the reservation list, are allowed on the property. NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED, or a fee will apply.

Getting Around

Guests will need to provide for their own transportation as there is no public transit in this area.

House Rules

This is a family home setting, and is intended to be kept that way at all times. The intentions for the house rules is to establish a sense of a safe environment for guests who wish to reserve the home, so they can enjoy a relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere, while they are away from home. NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED, ONLY GUESTS ON RESERVATION LIST ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Observation of ALL house rules are expected to be followed by ALL persons occupying the home, especially the person who made the reservation. This house is solely for lodging, and relaxation of guests on the reservation list. We want you to enjoy this retreat while you're here, so here are the house rules:

1. Respect the house – treat the place like it was your own.
2. Respect the neighbors - Absolutely NO outside actives, loud noise , parties, gatherings, late night on the patios, in the driveway, in the pool & Spa, and the back yard. QUIET HOURS are from 10: pm., to 7: am. If these rules are broken, you will be charged a penalty fee, and your Security Deposit will be taken away, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
3. Respect the furnishings inside & outside. if moved from there original places, please put them back to there original places or a $175.00 fee will be charged to you for replacement.
4. This is a SMOKE FREE HOME, smoking is only allowed on the outside, back patios and the doors must be kept closed. There is a $500.00 penalty fee for smoking in the house, and also your Security Deposit will be taken away.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS NO ANIMALS, due to Hosts severe allergies, If your ANIMALS OR PETS, are found on the premises, your Security Deposit will be taken away, and you will be asked to leave the property.
6. Before checking-out, we ask our guest to kindly place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take all trash to the big trash bins located at the back of the house.
7. Total number of guests on the reservation MUST be entered in your booking. After 7 guests there is a fee of $35.00 per guest per night, will be charge up to 14 guests maximum. NO EXTRA GUESTS, OR NO SLEEP OVERS ALLOWED, ONLY GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION LIST ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES, or a Penalty FEE will apply. Guest who under book the number of guest staying with them in the house, will have there Security Deposit taken away from them.
8. Children MUST be supervised AT ALL TIMES, especially around the pool and spa. Certified life guard services are available upon request for an additional fee.
9. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to cleaning staff -- it covers basic cleaning and laundering of bedding, towels, pool and spa, NOT damages to the home, and not cleaning the Barbecue Grill, which is $25.00 extra fee.
10. Please give us at least an hour notice before you check-out, so we can do a walk-through of the property.
11. Walk-through of the home WILL NOT be made to anyone prior to booking and check-in. Walk-through can be arranged after booking is confirmed and on the day of check-in and, check-out.
12. Rental of this property is SOLELY for LODGING, AND RELAXACTION, NO PARTIES, NO SOCIAL EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED.
Parties, Events, or gatherings, inside or outside are NOT allowed, NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED, or a fee will apply, only guests on the reservation list are allowed, whether it’s for business, family visits, and relaxation purposes. Rental of this property WILL NOT be made for any other reasons not limited to filming movies, documentaries, projects, TV shows, commercial purposes etc. ANY GUESTS OCCUPYING THE HOME OBSERVED OR SUSPECTED OF SUCH ACTIVITY IN NATURE OUTSIDE OF LODGING PURPOSES WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE & THERE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY, plus a $1000,00 penalty fee, and will be ask to leave the premises, AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OR ALLOWED TO RENT THE PROPERTY AGAIN.
13. Underage drinking and or recreational drugs are NOT to be done on the premises. IF SUCH ACTIVITIES OCCUR YOU WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE & YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY., and also be charged a penalty fee, AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OR ALLOWED TO RENT THE PROPERTY AGAIN.
14. You must be 24 years of age or older to rent this home.
15. Weekly cleaning service are available for guests on long stay. Please inquire.
16. Anyone seen adjusting the outdoor pool and spa equipment will be charged a fee OF $250.00, This is an off-limit area. Guests will be shown how to manage the pool, spa and all its features from the indoor screen panel, which is located inside the house.
17. Any Guest leaving behind after check-out decorations that they have put up inside or outside the house, or in the yard, front or back will be charged a fee of $ 250.00 for the removal of such decorations left behind.
18. For the protection and safety of all guest, there are cameras located outside the house.
19. Do not block neighbors driveway or the mail box in front their homes.
20. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES OTHER THAN WATER IN THE UPSTAIRS AND BEDROOMS OR PENALTY FEE WILL APPLY.
21. There will be a Penalty FEE charged for anyone leaving; lipstick, makeup, dies from hair, body or fabric, or any staining on pillow cases, sheets and towels, burns & gum on carpet FEE will be assessed upon walk through of check-out, or after general inspection of property. This service is not covered in basic laundering of bedding and towels.
22. If you change or cancel your booking, you will NOT get a refund, or credit to use for a future stay.
