This house is truly breathtaking. The artistry and detail put into this beautiful property is second to none. The beach is less then 100 metres from the property; walk out your front door and within 4 minutes you are at one of the most beautiful beaches in Guancaste. It is located inside the community of Las Golondrinas in Hacienda Pinilla, which is one of the few beach front communities in this prestigious location. The backyard is an oasis with a pool, lounge area and eating area.

This is a 4 bedroom home, with a gym and private pool. The outdoor area has a large eating area and lounge area, with mini fridge, wine cooler, outside sink, and outdoor glasses and cups. There are lounge chairs throughout the deck and yard for maximum relaxation. There is a small putting green to practice, or just have fun. There is an outdoor shower and toilet for washing off sand after the beach or using the restroom when you are out enjoying the pool.

The house was great and better than the pictures showed. The beach club is short drive away. The surfing was great and the beach club was great for our daughter. Restaurants are a close drive. Overall experience was fantastic.

This is a beautiful home located in an amazing residential neighborhood. Our family of 6 enjoyed the pickleball, golf, beach club and easy walks to the beach. We 100% recommend this home and will most likely return ourselves.

Just Fantastic

My wife and I, along with son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old had a great time. The property is even better than the pictures show, as it is so well laid out. There is a lot of attention to detail, design and high end finishes. The master bedrooms are large, have walk-in closets and both indoor and outdoor showers (which we loved). The pool is very kid friendly with a very shallow sections, pool toys and noodles. The outdoor grill area and table is so cool, as it has an overhang, so you can be outside even if its raining. Jessica, the manager of the property, was incredibly responsive with all of our requests, no matter how small (or frequent). The access to the beach club worked out great, as our grand daughter met lots of kids, and there is a surf spot right there that my son loved. There is another beach that you can walk to from the property. It was a fantastic vacation.
