4 Bedroom Terra Verde Townhome

Terra Verde Resort is an incredible award winning 24 hour manned and gated resort built around a 3 acre stocked fishing lake.

Amongst the tropical palm trees, and quiet lake setting Terra Verde Resort has a state of the art club house that includes facilities such as a business center, dry sauna, fitness center, arcade room, ATM, basketball courts, mini golf, a large seasonally heated pool overlooking the lake to name but a few.

With all the ammenities and facilities that the resort has to offer you still find the tranquility and privacy in your very own private pool home.

This beautifully appointed townhome in the heart of Terra Verde has its own swimming pool, a full kitchen and washing facilities 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Perfect for our group!

We had a great time at this house. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the house was perfect for our group of 12. It’s a close enough to Disney but far enough where you don’t feel like you are right in town. Lots of space and bathrooms. We highly recommend to other groups.

Over all i did enjoy my stay. I believe the house is in a great location. If u want privacy from others this NOT the place to stay at first it was hard to get responses from host but once i was there it was fast responses back and respectful the one MAJOR FLAWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEDS AND TVS COMPLETELY OUT OF DATE HARD AS A ROCK LIKE SHAWSHANK I WAS ACTUALLY HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE MY OLD BED BACK. No disrespect to the host or property im sure the more updated stuff softer beds price's would be a lot higher.ovet all i would give it a toatal 3.5 stars out of 5

Exactly what we expected

Check in and out we’re a breeze. There is a fee for the key card at the gate that you need $20 in cash for. The ATM is broken. If you return the card at the end of your stay you get $10 back. This wasn’t an issue for us we just didn’t have a heads up. So wanting to let others know.

Property was good. Stove was not working first night arrived. Family of six had to eat out for the first 4 nights. Stove was replace on 4th day (/Thursday). Family, left on Saturday. We stayed another week. Management did not respond to my email, nor take my phone call. In my opinion we should have received a token refund for our inconvenience. We had to pay for four dinners, that would not have been necessary if stove had been working. Other than that, I would recommend the facility, pool area, security and overall cleanliness of the grounds and units.

Wonderful Stay

The property is perfect. Seller extremely attentive and helpful. Spacious house with a pool that met our needs. Utensils available and just a piece of wood under the sink that already had the glue worn out, but it's an easy thing to fix. In short, it is a property that we will always look for when we return to Terra Verde Resort, although we have always stayed at this Resort since 2017 in other properties. Congratulations.

The house is actually one we stayed at a few years ago and didn’t realize we booked it again. Nice house. Clean. Pool is a little small but nice. Couldn’t lower the AC so it sometimes gets hot. But would book again.

Very Comfortable villa! But refrigerator leaked water, and only one stove burner worked. (But will probably be repaired before next tenants.) Overall, was a good stay!

Great Property, very responsive

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terre Verde. The condo was clean and bright, although brighter light bulbs would be appreciated. The private pool and pool heat were great. The property managers were very responsive, they responded to requests the same day. Even brought us a brand new blender and vacuum. Lots of extra towels. Great location of unit, lake view but a little privacy. Sun on the pool deck from 12-4, all was great and we would stay again. My only suggestion would be some new mattresses (or mattress toppers) as they were rather worn.
