Nice Apartment

Very good stay in Alexandra's apartment. I recommend it for your vacation or business trip. It has good security and a very good environment. The building has a beautiful swimming pool and a section for children. Thank you Alexsandra!

Great Place

The apartment is beautiful, it is very well decorated and has everything you need. The complex is very new and has many facilities, pools, sauna, games room and is right in front of the beach. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars nearby. Cecil was great and was always available when we had any questions. I strongly recommend this apartment and I will be back!

Landscape fortaleza

Overall the location and apartment was perfect I loved that the pools were all kid friendly (not deep) and the security was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great view. The location of landscape perfect for any needs. Pharmacies, grocery stores all in walking distance and of course Beira Mar. The only issue I had was having issues with the security entrance and having to keep giving information. But other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend Landscape Fortaleza to anyone looking to travel with the family or couple.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, dispõe de todos os utensílios para cozinha, mega decorado, fácil e ágil a comunicação com os anfitriões, são mega acessíveis. O apartamento tem ótima localização, fica próximo a supermercado e padaria, e no próprio apartamento possui em sua dependência um supermercado / padaria. Apartamento tem uma vista de lado para o mar, ainda sim uma vista muito linda, uma varanda bem arejada e ótima para fotos.

Maravilhosooo!!

Demorei bastante pra escolher um imóvel, fiquei em dúvida sobre alguns, mas sem Duvida foi a melhor escolha!!! Apartamento limpo, organizado eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa, se eu pudesse moraria lá rs com Certeza. Assim que cheguei fui recepcionada pelo Adm Rogério, já estava tirando dúvidas com Adm Thatiane, os dois são muito receptivos e sempre dispostos a ajuda. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e tem uma vista maravilhosa. Funcionários muito educados. E tem um mercado/restaurante dentro do prédio, eles fazem entrega é só ligar no ramal específico, tem um custo ótimo e tem de tudo! Resumindo só tenho a agradecer pela experiência. Obrigada Thati e Rogério por tudo. Vocês são maravilhosos ❤️

Perfect, clean and safe appartment with airco, a lot of space and a nice balcony!

A very nice and spacious appartment in Beira Mar. For the beach you just cross the street. The building is one of the best and most beautiful ones of beira mar. The security is perfect and there are a lot of rules to respect around the swimming pool. So you will not be disturbed. The appartment is big and really everything is there. Big bathrooms, great TV’s, airco and very comfortable bed. A spacious balcony makes your stay complete. If you want to prepare your own food a fully equiped kitchen is waiting for you. The same goes for a wash machine. A highly recommended place to stay in Fortaleza

Gente um dos melhores imóveis que fiquei na Beira mar em Fortaleza, super bem conservado e limpo.

Localização privilegiada, próximo aos restaurantes, Bancos, Mercado e Farmácias. Não precisa nem alugar transporte se não quiser ir conhecer outras praias já que temos acesso a tudo em volta do empreendimento. Apartamento limpo, bem conservado e bem completo para qualquer período, tanto curto como longo. Gostaria de parabenizar o Sr. Rogério que nos recebeu prontamente nos explicando tudo sobre o predio e a região, muito simpático, gentil. Parabéns por saber receber educação e respeito ao cliente é tudo, voltaremos mais vezes ..👏👏👏👏

Apartamento exatamente como descrito no anúncio: novo, organizado e completo.As fotos demonstram exatamente a realidade. Os administradores do mesmo (Rogério e Tatiane) foram atenciosos e nos atenderam no horário programado. O prédio apresenta uma infra-estrutura fantástica e é bem localizado (próximo de supermercado, farmácia, restaurante, bancos e feirinha de artesanato). Recomendamos!!

Estive no mês de Agosto com minha filha e minhas irmãs para comemorar meu aniverssario de 50 anos em Fortaleza, esta cidade que amo de paixão.Foi inesquecivel. Apartamento top de linha!! tudo como estava nas fotos. Limpo, toalhas e roupa de cama novas, ducha quentinha, cozinha completa e o mais importante a localizacão e a comodidade que o predio oferece localizacão perfeita Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos administradores Rogerio e Thatiane pessoas maravilhosas.
