We recently stayed here with a group of college students participating in an educational experience focused on visiting locations connected to their field of study while also enjoying time together. We stayed at this 8-bedroom home last week for 5 nights and it was perfect for our family gathering. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and multiple places to sit and have a meal or play games. It was also just a 10-minute drive to downtown Asheville. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. House was great for our group- plenty of bedrooms and baths. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive to all inquiries.

Great house for a family

Perfect for a family. Seventeen of us were never crowded and plenty to do for all ages. Great hostess that quickly answered our questions. We are looking forward to going back.

Veronica is a wonderful host! She quickly responded to our questions and problems. The barn and pool are such a fun spaces! The reasons we mark it down a notch are: damage to the property that impacted the peoples' experiences in those spaces ( the damage was from previous guests), the limited kitchen outfitting for a property listed for so many people (we just used paper products because there weren't enough dishes, and we love to cook, so not enough bowls, etc.), and the dark living spaces on the upper floor--lamps are needed! It gets depressing to be in the darkness. All that said, we had a wonderful family reunion, and I think the deficits are easily remedied.

Thank you for your valuable feedback—we truly appreciate it, and we're delighted you and your family had such a memorable stay! Regarding the drywall damage, unfortunately a previous guest accidentally fell into the wall just before your stay. We weren't able to complete the repair during the short turnover between guests, but it has since been fully repaired. As for the kitchen, we're always happy to add anything that's missing. If guests let us know during their stay, we can usually have additional dishes, bowls, cookware, or other items delivered within a couple of hours. Regarding the lighting, the living room has baseboard and crown molding LED lighting. Some guests aren't immediately aware of these lighting features, so if they aren't switched on, the space can feel darker than intended. We're also happy to help guests locate all the lighting controls.

The home had so many amenities and all of them were well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool, poker table, pool table, hot tub, portable Bluetooth speaker, The pool table and foosball table were perfectly level. It was fantastic. The card table was first class. All of the mattresses were very comfortable. That's a big deal. Getting a good nights sleep in a strange place can be a challenge. Not here. The home is surprisingly quiet. Some of our crowd would go to be early, they said they never heard our boisterous card and pool games. The outside temperature during the days was in the high 80's and the AC systems worked perfectly. The dining room table was large enough that all 18 of us could eat together. We at breakfast and dinners at the home and found the kitchen pretty well stocked. They could have used some more utensils (ladles, large serving spoons, mixing bowls of various sizes).Overall we had a great experience at this home. It was spacious and full of great amenities.

A really amazing property. We had an 18 person reunion and the property was perfect. Plenty of beds and space so we weren’t on top of each other. The barn/firepit/hot tub area provided the perfect outdoor hangout area. Loved the theatre room especially for college football. Lots of porch space for morning coffee and plenty of parking. The host was very responsive and communicative. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic

Rented this house for our employees to stay at while helping clean-up our multifamily property in Asheville. The host was great, had super commutation and helped anyway we needed. The house was beautiful and exceeded all of our needs. We will definitely be returning! We were able to get all of our needs while in Asheville (food, gas, etc.) . Plan your visit to stay at this beautiful house and experience Asheville!

Perfect for Family Reunion and Extended family Stays

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Asheville for a family wedding. This place was perfect for 4 families and a grandparent. But could potentially sleep another family or so. The kids had plenty to do from the garage arcade and gaming space which led them outside by the basketball hoop and giant green space to the swimming pool and hot tub. And these are just to name a few! I still can’t get over the size of the TV in the media room! With so much to do, we didn’t even begin to utilize the outdoor entertainment barn. There was plenty of space to spread out or cozy up. The host was amazing and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their maintenance guy lives close by and was also quick to respond when a minor problem arose. We will be back!

Lots of extra stuff at the house for kids! Could use more towels since there is a pool and hot tub, but other than that pretty well stocked home with all sorts of convenient items in the kitchen and pool area! Highly recommend for a large group!
