Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. It has been updated recently and has plenty of room for 4-6 people. The hot tub and courtyard area (shared with another cottage on property) were great as well. We were asked to delay check-in until 5 (no big deal), but the home still wasn’t ready when we showed up at 6. The neighborhood is older and not the safest feeling, though it is extremely convenient to downtown.

Nice, comfortable house, well-maintained, close to ASU and Downtown PHX.One thing to note: when navigating to the property, make sure you go to SOUTH 3rd St., not N. 3rd St., which was indicated on one of our VRBO documents.Host is super responsive with any questions. Kitchen is ample. Laundry works well. Tip: Check out Coffee Drunk coffee shop, a short walk up Grant. Good drinks and nice people. Definitely recommend this property, would stay here again.
