Drift Away is a vacation rental that sits at the edge of the shoreline and boasts iconic views of the ocean. Right outside your door are shallow, turquoise waters, great for swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking or exploring, and just 1 mile away is the pristine, white sand beach that stretches the whole northern shore of Spanish Wells.
Drift Away has 2 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms, both with breath-taking views of the sea. The guest bedroom upstairs also opens onto it's own private deck. The cottage has an open living and kitchen area with nice, high ceilings and opens onto a covered porch, great for enjoying evening cocktails or a relaxing cup of morning coffee. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa that can also sleep 2 people.
Drift Away has a large, manicured yard with lots of room for the kids to run and play and also a gazebo that sits right over the water; great for relaxing while keeping an eye on the kids or for a barbecue with the family. Also included are 2 kayaks for exploring the shoreline or surrounding areas, and an outdoor shower!
Come stay in Drift Away and wake up each morning to awe-inspiring sunrises and drift off to sleep each night with tranquil sounds of the ocean.

This was our second visit in two years to Drift-away and it was just as wonderful as last year! The host is prompt in answering any questions and always very helpful. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The location is absolutely perfect especially if you enjoy being in the water! You can sit on the back deck over the water and we saw turtles, fish, stingrays, and some dolphins! I can’t say enough about this house and location. It is definitely one of our favorites. You will not be disappointed!

The best house in Spanish Wells. We’ve been staying at Drift Away for the last 5 years and it doesn’t get better. It is clean, so comfortable, has everything you need. So many Beach and bath towels.Decorated adorably. It is heaven just sitting out on the dock over looking the water. Having your own private slice of Spanish wells on the water. The kayaks are perfect, the location is close to everything. It is so quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are so nice. It is the absolute best!

The place was more beautiful than shown in the photos! Well maintained grounds, spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 4. Rebecca, the host helped with pick up and ferry, and golf cart rental, making our arrival smooth.

This was our 5th stay at Drift Away. My husband‘s favorite place on earth. It already feels like coming home. We loved the extras Jeffrey added (like the canoe rack, the new pathway down to the deck or the lovely pink paint on the doors). This place is so well-maintained! We keep on coming back! Also thanks to Becky and Sarah for always being there. You guys are awesome.

Property was even better than expected! The views were unreal, and it was the absolute perfect getaway with our family. Morning sunrises on the little house dock, evening sunsets, golf carting around the island, kayaking…so much to do! The house was clean and perfect for cooking lots of meals at home. Love love the layout of the house as my husband could be cooking dinner, kids playing outside or watching a show, with a view of the water the whole time. The week felt like a dream! We will be back!!

The house and location were amazing! Beautiful views. Sitting on the deck staring at the ocean was our favorite activity. Lots of rays and other sea life came to visit us too. There was almost always a breeze. My only suggestion would be a few beach chairs. We like to watch the sunset from North Beach. Fantastic stay

We had an amazing time staying at Drift Away! The listing was very accurate and the pictures of this place do not do it justice! We kayaked up and don russell island and Spanish Wells. I think Drift away is the best spot on the entire island! The beds are very comfortable a the view is spectacular! We are already looking to book our next trip to this exact spot!

Great property. Very clean, convenient access to the water, with all the appropriate amenities to make for a great stay. Lucky to be there when the ripe avocados were falling off the tree as well as sour oranges.. spanish-Wells never disappoints and you won’t go wrong with this house
