Nice clean place, easy access to Manhattan via tube

The property is falsely listed as sleeping 7 but the sofa bed is only child sized. Also there was no bedding for it except a very dusty blanket we managed to find. No sheets and also only 6 towels so 2 of us had to share towels. Messaged host several times to request bedding and a towel but he didn’t respond. They have a weird locking system on the second door which wouldn’t work on our phones so had to be left unlocked and the apartment was only secured by an external glass door. We had no problems as the area seems safe but it didn’t seem very secure. We will be returning to NY in a few months but would not rebook this apartment. It was clean however so okay for 6 people if they can sort out the locking system.

Parking was fine, notice about street cleaning would have been helpful. Heating/cooling was good. Place was clean, and as pictured in listing - easy 15 minute walk to PATH station. Food nearby was helpful and plentiful. App for door lock was troublesome but host responded quickly to message regarding the issue.
