The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have logged into to Netflix or any other platforms, They will all be logged out after you checkout automatically. However for your piece of mind we recommend logging out before you exit.
Make sure the back gate is closed and locked after taking out the trash, all fire-pits are are completely turned off, umbrella and sunshades are retracted and closed.
Close the hot tub cover, place the robot vac back into the pool before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Stay!

Beautiful decor!

We like to get away from "the cats and kids" for special occasions and chose Frank's Oasis for the night to celebrate a birthday. Phillop has done an outstanding job of decorating his expansive home, it was truly magical. We appreciated the quick response to questions and was glad when he greeted us at check-in to give us a walk thru. The kitchen is expansive and perfectly appointed. The master suite includes the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on, with quick access to the hot tub. Our only regret is that we stayed just one night.
