Whether you’re here for world-class skiing in the winter or hiking, biking, and water activities in the summer, this location provides unparalleled convenience. Plus, downtown Frisco’s charming restaurants, shops, and breweries are all within walking distance, making it a breeze to enjoy local favorites.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, and your furry adventure buddy is welcome to join in the fun, as this is a pet-friendly accommodation. Take in breathtaking mountain views from the living area, or step out onto your private patio to breathe in the fresh mountain air while listening to the tranquil sounds of the nearby river. The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals for the whole crew. We loved everything about this property! Frisco is such a charming town with easy access to skiing. The property had great parking (covered spot came in handy when it snowed), was very clean, and had upgraded appliances. We look forward to renting this condo again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inadequate electrical outlets and locations. M?bedroom arrangement very uncomfortable. Not enough room. Get rid of the huge chair in there and leave room for luggage. Poor electrical. Side tables inadequate. Dirty sheets.

Condo was clean bright and well appointed, no complaints about location or physical bldg. Only complaint was management co- would not provide address of property until 5 minutes before arrival- requested additional information less than 24 hours b/4 arrival with a notice stating reservation may be cancelled if not received. Chg of 50 per night for dog but requested dog be taken off premises to do their business- no designated area or property boundary noted. I rented this on VRBO didn’t know I would be dealing with Summit Rentals.
