Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend!

Our group of 14 had a great time here. The home is expansive yet cozily furnished. Owners went out of their way to help us before our stay and the onsite property manager helped us during our stay.

My family and I, including our toddler, had a wonderful stay at this historic and beautiful mansion. The property itself is gorgeous, with lush gardens and comfortable rooms and amenities that maintain the character of the old house without sacrificing any modern comforts. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked, and the home was spotless and artistically decorated. Lawson is a great host who was always attentive and responsive, He added considerate touches such as stocking the fridge with helpful starter groceries and double cleaning some of the bedrooms before our stay to ensure those of us with dog allergies would be able to stay comfortably. Additionally, the property includes an expansive yard with access to a nearby creek as well as a spectacular tented outdoor area with plentiful seating, where we enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the evening. Overall, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would be glad to return in the future.

Lacrosse weekend

The house was extremely well appointed, all dishes, plates, utensils needed, nice linens and towels- literally everything we needed. The host was very communicative and on site property manager very helpful. Hosts left a lovely welcome basket and drinks and made the weekend very easy with a flexible checkout. The property is also beautiful and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing. Would stay again and again.

Friends Gathering

We are a group of friends from all areas from an hour away to a flight away. We needed accommodations that suited 14 adults and this did not disappoint. The home was beautiful inside and out. The homeowner as extremely easy to communicate with and started our stay with many staples, like coffee, eggs, butter etc. we will definitely be coming back!

The best vacation rental I've had.

As mentioned in the title, this was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental/lodging myself and my team has had. We traveled for work as we had an event in the area and were more than excited to come back to this place after a long day of work. From the start, the owners were incredibly helpful and great to communicate with. They also left a bunch of fresh fruits, local eggs, bread, and more for us upon check-in, and that was greatly appreciated. Everything was impeccably clean, there were ample rooms and bathrooms, and we felt perfectly safe in the area. We're definitely looking to book this place for the same time next year.
