Welcome to the Chic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom , our recently remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat in the lively 12South neighborhood of Nashville, TN!

This home provides a private escape with a unique charm. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and free parking at the front of the property, steps away from your entryway.

12 South is a leafy residential neighborhood known for its bungalow style homes , It has fine dinning restaurants stylish designer boutiques and stores with vintage wares . It has a park and in season Farmers market and the iconic "I Believe in Nashville " mural . It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville. We are home to Reece Witherspoons store Draper James , and Holly Williams store Whites Mercantile . Rent a bike or walk the fun streets we are excited to have you in the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville.

We were surprised that the second bathroom was on a different floor from the second bedroom. That was a bit inconvenient for the person in that bedroom. Also the water pressure was not great in the shower. Great neighborhood and very quiet

Great little place, well stocked

I have stayed at a lot of rental properties all over the country traveling for work, and this was one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed, was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. Quick 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants.

Charming house in 12 South

My husband & I along with another couple game out from CA to visit Nashville for 5 days. This house in the great 12 South neighborhood was so charming, spotless & beautifully decorated . It is an easy walk to coffee, restaurants & great little shops, & an easy Uber ride to downtown, Broadway & other attractions. Easy check in & check out. I would highly recommend!

Nice house. It is a 2 bedroom however the master has a bath and the second bedroom either has to go downstairs or go into the master to use the bathroom. Otherwise it is a great location and very clean.
