Good location

Enjoyed our stay, the property was brand new and had what we needed. The back parking lot is private river front and was a really nice spot to hang out. Schlitterban East is right down the street. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful river frontage

We loved our stay! Beautiful place. We floated the Comal and got out the last exit and could walk back to the condo. Less than a half a mile. We were on the 3rd floor...beautiful view.

Memorial Day New Braunfel’s trip

We had a great family get away in Braunsfel’s. We spent the first day at the Schlitterbahn. After a full day of sun and fun we checked into our condo near Our condo was super clean and very comfortable for our family of seven. (2 kids) We took advantage of the condo being right on the river and a played some pickle ball. Everything we experienced was very close by. We took the kids to the natural bridge wildlife ranch and visited Gruene for dinner at the Gristmill. We had a great time!
