Beautiful, Oceanview duplex unit (entire left side) located in the heart of Carolina Beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a short walk across the street from the ocean. This home truly has all of the comforts of home!!! 5 Smart TVs located in the living room and bedrooms. Basic Cable is included and WIFI is upgraded to 1GB WIFI. Brand new flooring throughout the home and new decks installed and completed January of 2022. Many other updates including new living room and bedroom furniture, updated fixtures, and decor. Kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar stools so you can have company while you meal prep. In the kitchen you have access to a Keurig Latte Maker and a regular coffee pot to enjoy your coffee best. Enjoy relaxing on one of the two decks off the living room and master bedroom. Two desks are also provided for folks working or schooling while on vacation. Some basic beach items such as: beach chairs, sand toys, beach cart, cooler, etc, are included in the downstairs storage area. Outdoor Ping Pong Table and board games for entertainment. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off the sand. A charcoal grill is provided for guests to use. This vacation rental is a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk or North End Fishing Pier. Beach access is diagonal across the street. Parking for 4 vehicles. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, less than 60lbs each with a non refundable pet fee of $150. Book your reservation today!!!

The location and property made this a fantastic place! However, I felt the only downfall was that upon arrival we had to make ALL of the beds and then basically clean the house and remove all bedding and towels to get out by 10:00 am, which is very tough with the amount of people. Other than that we loved the place.

Christi, We are so glad that you were happy with your stay, and we agree that it is a beautiful vacation home. We do offer a free linen service so that guest can have the comfort of not traveling with all of their sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. However, the service does require that you put the dirty linens back in the bags after use and leave them at the property. We are sorry if this caused too much inconvenience with check out. Great location, close to beach & short walk to boardwalk. Grocery stores are close too. Bedrooms are fine with tv in every room. Sectional sofa was old & looked like arms were chewed, covered the sofa with sheets & blankets.

5 star stay!!

Beautiful, clean, so close the beach access, beach was quiet and beautiful. We had babies with us ranging from 1-4 years old and they had the best time. We brought baby gates for the steps. We never had an issue with anything whatsoever. The rental place was so nice and accommodating. I can’t say enough about it. This is the nicest beach house we’ve ever rented and it was such a wonderful vacation!!

Be prepared to make 5 beds when you arrive and strip the sheets and put comforters back on before you leave. Linens were in laundry bags in the living room. Dishes must be washed AND put away before leaving. The pet fee is PER dog. All of this should be disclosed in the listing. Photos need to be updated in the listing. Pricey for the amount of work you have to do upon arrival and departure. Otherwise, it is a nice, clean place, close to the beach.

Fantastic Location

Our family had a wonderful time at Shell N Shine. The location is fantastic - diagonally across the street from the public beach access. This was essential for traveling to the beach with babies. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space, and very clean. The house was well stocked with board games and kitchen essentials. Great parking for 4 cars, that even left room for small sitting area at the front of the driveway. The beach supply closet had all you'd need to head to the sand including a wagon. The older kids enjoyed the boogie boards. Great N. end location - we rented golf carts and the cars barely left the driveway. Overall a great stay and a great house.
