Come enjoy a stay at our beautiful waterfront house on Kerr Lake. Sunsets can be viewed from the front deck or on the private dock. Expansive views abound. You can bring your boat, the boat ramp in Nutbush campground can be easily accessed, located directly across the lake from our dock. If you are a golfer, green fees are accepted at the adjacent Kerr Lake Country Club. Enjoy Middleburg Steakhouse it is only a short drive away.
If a quiet, peaceful, relaxing time is what you crave.... this one is for you.

Absolutely beautiful place

We caught big catfish and big largemouth bass the location was awesome. Everything was beautiful. I was a little disappointed that we had no access to the main lake due to the bridge being too low.

The house is very nice. While technically the house is on Kerr Lake, the property’s dock/water access can only reach a small portion of Kerr Lake.

A few days on the lake...

Love that they kept the 70s look when they did some renovations...can almost feel the grandparents especially at the stove in the kitchen. :) I bet this house holds a lot of memories. We had a few maintenance issues that popped up, but Melody didn't waste a second getting them taken care of, and she was genuinely concerned about our comfort. The only drawback is that the house is on the wrong side of the bridge, but the boat ramps are less than 5 mins away.
