Beautiful one story house, very spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. two living rooms, one with fireplace and the other with TV. Two dinning rooms, and a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and utensils you have at home. The porch overlooks and has an incredible view of the river, where you can relax and grill a wonderful meal.

The house sits on a beautiful piece of property, in one of the best areas on the Guadalupe River. You can swim, kayak, paddle board, tube, or fish.

Ideal for a peaceful, fun filled family vacation, with lots of activities and fun nearby attractions.

Beautiful spot on the river!

We absolutely loved this property! The river is gorgeous and quiet, we only saw a few other people during our 3-night stay. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home. We will be back!

Favorite weekend of the year!

Gringa’s Gultch is our most favorite and we look forward to spending time there each summer. The house is clean and comfortable and the waterfront is incredible.

Beautiful home

The house had everything. House is beautiful and the view to the water was amazing. Just a few steps away from the water!!! I would definitely come back!!!!

Born and raised in Mexico City, been living in San Antonio, Texas for 10 years.
Went to summer camp for 5 summers in Hunt when I was younger, and spend many weekends enjoying this unique spot in the Texas Hill Country with my family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This has been our family's vacation home since 1986. Since we do not use the house year round, we decided to share this lovely spot by renting it through VRBO.
My parents bought the house in 1986, and remodeled the house in 1996. We recently had two bathrooms, the floors and other features remodeled! It looks fabulous.
It is a prime spot on the Guadalupe River.

What makes this property unique

It is a beautiful home with very spacious rooms, on an incredible spot on the Guadalupe River. It is a great place for a family getaway.
Kerville, Ingram, and Fredrecksburg, Lost Maples Park are among the fun towns and parks that are nearby.
The city of San Antonio, Texas is an hour and 15 min. drive from the house.
