Perfect getaway

This was a beautiful property and was better than the description. Easy to get around and easy beach access.

Wonderful

We loved the house. It was wonderful. Close to the beach, close to the pool and restaurant. Beautiful setting! Beautifully decorated! So cozy and relaxing. We can’t wait until our next time.

Lovely family getaway

My two daughters and I had a lovely stay at Sunny Side Up for Spring Break! The property was well maintained and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs as well as the nearby beach restaurant (all within a few short minutes). The hosts were communicative and responsive to questions. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would love to return!

Great stay!

We loved the house and location. The house was clean and newly designed/decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the busier side of the island. We used and enjoyed the pointe west amenities daily and liked it very much. The only downside was the listing said we had beach chairs and bikes but we didn’t have access to them.

Wonderful

Can’t say enough about this property. It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was first class! The decor, appliances, dishes, bedding and location. Right across from the tunnel to the beach side. We rented a golf cart and I highly recommend doing this. You can drive it to the beach club and the beach. The views were amazing. Bay on one side and beach on the other. By far, best VRBO we have ever stayed at (we stay at a lot of them) Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Great views, close to both beach club pools-bayside sunset pool our favorite, close to beach walk over, loved the pond behind the house, house had the start up essentials-a broom and vacuum would’ve been nice to help clean up through out our stay. We have stayed at Point West 4 times now and Sunnyside is now our new favorite. The condos were nice but having a whole house was a better fit for us and our grown kids 3 year old grandson. Loved the house, the process of renting, ease of check in and check out, beach club amenities. Would love to stay again in the future!

Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunny Side Up! The house was exactly as described and we loved the location with views of the bay and the ocean. The house was clean, very comfortable, and a great size for a family of four with room to spare. We have rented many houses in Pointe West and this was one of our favorites!
