Family friendly

Great for families. Lots of on site activities to keep our group entertained. We came for the local sites but the family was eager each evening to come back and play pickleball and relax in the hot tub! Great hosts and amazing property!

We had a great experience. From check in to leaving. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area. There was so much to do for kids just at the property and so many things nearby as well!

Wonderful new house with beautiful mountain views!

This place was a beautiful and new place to stay with everything one would need in a VRBO and more! Our kids and I really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck with mountain views, an air hockey table, basketball court, etc. There were lots of beds to choose from. it’s also nice to be tucked away in a quiet and rural part of Monument. The hosts (Emily and Jason) were very kind and welcoming! We would highly recommend it!

We settled in beautiful Colorado in 2018 after 25 years of moving around the continent while serving in the military. We built our dream home here and we are excited to share this special getaway with you. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we did building it.

We've named the suite "The Perch Point" because its a term associated with military aircraft in the traffic pattern. Along those lines, our property is situated along the path that military jets take when they fly low-altitude across the Air Force Academy located a just couple miles to our South. Several times per week we enjoy the "sound of freedom" crossing over us with up-close views of our nation's phenomenal air-power.

Why they chose this property

Situated near so much of what makes Colorado a destination for your vacation! Minutes from I-25 to get to everything you on your list of attractions. But you may not want to leave--the space is packed with entertainment (pool table, pickleball/basketball court, air hockey, etc). Relax on the private deck by the fire pit, grill up a steak on the bbq, and watch a bald eagle hunting fish on the lake from your hot tub. Wow!

What makes this property unique

This 2023 constructed space is large and excellently apportioned with 9 foot ceilings and windows with fabulous views in every direction. The property is fenced with private gates for assurance of security. We (the owners) live in the house next door. We are empty-nesters and we keep to ourselves without noisy pets or children, so the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing.
