This peaceful and centrally located 1-bedroom at Patricia Grand is a gem! Perched on the 15th floor, it offers one of the best views in Myrtle Beach. Step out onto the private balcony & take in the panoramic ocean view overlooking the outdoor pool. Whether you’re watching the sunrise or spotting dolphins playing in the surf, the scenery is unforgettable. Beautifully decorated and w/i walking distance to top dining, shopping, and the boardwalk—this spot puts you right in the heart of it all!
Master Suite
Suite has been newly renovated and holds new, quality bedding and furnishings. It contains a 55` smart tv with cable and also has a programable safe, for your peace of mind. Off the front of the suite is one balcony door that offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the heated, outdoor pool.
Master Bath
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. We provide quality towels and linens to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Living Space
The living space is a spacious open concept. The newly updated kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking and serving basics. The living room provides a comfortable couch and a 55` smart tv with cable. The dining table, along with it`s 2 chairs, is arranged in front of the large windows that overlook the amazing ocean view. There is also a small side table that can be moved & placed if more space is needed for serving, working etc. The living area also has a door the the balcony, where you can enjoy an unbelievably peaceful view.
