O dono do imóvel atendeu super bem, tirou dúvidas necessárias, o imóvel atende perfeitamente 10 pessoas, possui toda a estrutura necessária para essa quantidade de pessoas, apenas o síndico reclamou de termos 2 vagas para carro, sendo que o proprietário liberou pra usarmos por meio de anúncio desse sistema, mas depois utilizamos essas 2 vagas sem problema. Simplesmente gosto que ambas as parte cumpram de maneira justa, tanto o anfitrião como o locatário. No geral, atendeu a expectativa e tem uma boa localização o apartamento.

Apartamento bom e muito bem localizado. Prédio e apartamento muito limpos. Alguns móveis estão bem antigos, colchões de casal razoáveis. Ventiladores de teto não giram o suficiente para refrescar, precisam de uma verificação. Banheiros reformados e muito bons. Sacada excelente!
