Property notes that it has air conditioning, but AC does not work. There is a whole house fan but one bedroom has no window screen so could not cool that room down. That room has a ceiling fan which does not work. Beds were comfortable and sitting area was fine. (Did not try the tv). Proximity to downtown GV is great - short walk

We are happy we were able to accommodate your requests for an early check in. The A/C fuse shorted out during a power outage the day prior to your stay. It is repaired. The fan does indeed work; it just needed to be switched on by the remote. Thank you for your visit.

This was a cute little home. Beds were comfortable. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and The Center for the Arts theatre. The only thing I disliked was the driveway. We pulled all the way in to the carport but it took a couple tries to back out. I suggest backing in or don't pull all the way in to the carport. Kimberly's communication is great. We loved our stay.

While the host was kind to accommodate an earlier check-in by 30 minutes, we didn’t get the correct door code and waited 45 minutes on the very cobwebby poach to get in. It was an exceptionally warm day, so once we got in the house the air conditioning felt great. It was clean and cute inside, well represented by the listing pictures. It was great to easily walk to downtown. Since we got to spend a significant amount of time outside on the porch we found that the chairs are very comfortable but observed lots of spiders & weeds.
