The home was lovely, with lots of space for our family. The twin upstairs room is great for little ones. The kitchen had nice upscale pots and pans, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Communication was excellent, the view was great, it was easy access to Sundance Village, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.
There was a rather large amount of Lady Asian Beatles in the master bedroom. Wish there was door to the bathroom.Great view.

Thanks for the heads up about the pesky Asian bugs in the bathroom. We had our pest control person immediately treat the area. Winter drives everything inside. My apologies they invaded the space and were a minor deterrent. Hope someone in your group played that wonderful piano and you found the views off the deck amazing. It’s such a lovely property. Come see us again. Happy Holidays! Pamela
This house was seriously amazing — even better than the photos. The view alone was worth it, but the whole place just had such a warm, peaceful vibe. The natural light pours in and makes everything feel bright and cozy. The kitchen was super open and easy to cook in, with modern appliances and everything we needed. We spent tons of time around the dining table and relaxing on the couches. The piano was a sweet little surprise. Loved sitting in the swinging chairs on the front patio and taking in the mountain air and quiet. Both decks were awesome, and the hot tub at night under the stars was next level. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Sundance Resort — we rode the lift up the mountain, grabbed nachos at Bearclaw Cabin, and had a really nice dinner at the Foundry Grill. Such a fun mix of casual and fancy. Pamela was a great host — super responsive and helpful with local tips. We had the best time and would come back in a heartbeat. This place is a total gem.

Beautiful Home Needing Improved Property Management
Home has the Sundance decor vibe and is very spacious for two families. Only 2 homes away from Sundance cabins and is easy to connect to the Sundance walkways even in winter. Drawbacks are the induction Miele stove which is high tech and a nightmare to operate. Property manager was useless. No foil or saran wrap - only ziplock bags to use. Folgers coffee. One TV in the basement. No blackout blinds or privacy so plan to wake up at the crack of dawn. No discretion in having the hot tub cleaned while we were there. We were asked and told the property manager that it was best to wait until we left the next day but that was ignored. The hot tub man was next to the bathroom window while I was taking a shower with a see through cheese cloth window covering. The best was the infestation of ants - many colonies of them in the winter! And, the exterminator who came to fix it said this was not the first visit so good luck to future guests! I feel bad for the owners who have poured a lot of love into this home. This is the first review I've left of many that was not a 10 rating. Most owners or property managers fix the situations to create a 10 rating but not this one.

Hi, this is Pamela, the Property Manager for Wildflower. I listed my cell number in my first message, sorry you missed it. You mentioned how beautiful Wildflower was, and my team responded quickly to your notes.
The stove directions were in the manual, and we told you it was on the kitchen counter. You later said your friend got it working, so I’m glad it was resolved.
If something was missing or forgotten, we would’ve been happy to bring it to you. I didn’t hear about these issues until after check-out, so I assume they weren’t urgent.
The TV info is listed in the VRBO amenities, and we only have one. Most guests bring their own devices or use their phones.
The property was designed to bring in natural light and let you enjoy the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, which is a big draw for us.
Regarding the ants, we’re in the mountains. Pest control was done in February, and we responded quickly to address the issue. As for the hot tub, it needed chemicals, and I take responsibility for that miscommunication.
As Property Manager for this lovely property, I apologize for your unmet expectations. I suggest going forward to validate your expectations with hosts because we never want to be called useless. It takes communication with guests before and during a visit and I know I do my very best to accommodate and respect your time away with friends and family.
In conclusion, I hope overall you had a great time with your family. Pamela
