Great place to stay! The suite is clean, comfortable and worked wonderfully for our dog. The property is beautiful! Loved sitting out on the balcony for meals and the proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
Douglas is a wonderful host and offers a fabulous place to stay. I was very impressed with our communication with him. It was clean and welcoming. The property is so beautiful, we enjoyed morning coffee by the creek and campfires in the evening. It is pet friendly with access to forest trails and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely return.
Absolutely loved our stay here. It is simple but has all you need. Beds qere comforyable water was hot. And there was wood for the fire pit. We highly recommend paying the extra for the hot tub, it was fabulous and well worth it. Doug was great host.location is peaceful and equidisrant to Gibsons and Sechelt. Beach is at the bottom of the road. I look forward to another visit in the future.
This is a great little “treehouse” in a quiet location. It has a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. A bathroom nearer to the bedrooms would have been great, but other than that it is a pretty special spot to hang out.
So the location was very central. It was easy to find. The place was extremely clean if we needed something. We just messaged the host and they came over with it. We didn't use the hot tub, due to the weather not being quite warm enough, but the property was lovely and going to both seashell and Gibson's, and you could probably could have planned a day trip further up the coast, but all in all, it was a wonderful stay.
We spent a wonderful three days at Douglas and Kate’s cottage. The highlight was experiencing their serene back garden while soaking in their wood fired hot tub, trulyan evening to remember. Thank you both for your hospitality.Sincerely,The Affleck Family( at least some of them)
Pet friendly, great communication with host, amazing location to explore Robert’s Creek and all the seaside, waterfalls, forest and pet friendly restaurants in the area. 2 bedrooms on ground floor, full kitchen, living and dining area and one bathroom with shower on second floor. Balcony deck for peaceful morning coffee.
We loved our stay, the location was great, the host was communicative and the home was perfect for our needs. We would be happy to stay again on future trips.
Very nice place to stay in a quiet area, very relaxing environment! The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the natural water hot tub, totally worth the extra money. My wife and I just spent our 10 year wedding anniversary and will definitely return in the future!
Loved our experience at this lovely cabin. Would definitely stay again. If you’re able to do the hot tub experience, it’s an amazing add-on that I 10/10 recommend.
Everything was absolutely great. They really need to have at least a 1/2 bath on the main floors as it's inconvenient for seniors to take stairs at night to use the bathroom.Other than that minor issue ...I would highly recommend this host and VRBO.

We had a wonderful time, the forest and trees were great and the short walk to the beach
Stunning and simply perfect, literally nothing could have been better. Owned by good humans. Honestly I would pay more for than the cost for this. Absolutely recommend
The property is convenient and easy reachable. The vicinity has provincial parks and points of view. Also, the communities around have convenient groceries, shopping plazas and restaurants. However, kitchen requires attention. Specifically the silicone around the sink and the faucet must be water resistant type ‘Kitchen and bath’. Currently, the silicone has blackish color. Also, majority of the pots in the kitchen have no lids.Coffee table requires attention, one leg has been broken.
The cabin is very well appointed and well kept. The location is quite magical and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Douglas and Kate are great hosts and we would highly recommend staying in Roberts Creek.
