Very cute cottage in pretty neighborhood and close driving distance to local stores and shops. The property managers/owners were incredibly responsive and available to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Great guesthouse right in the middle of outstanding hiking & waterfall areas. Home was clean, great bedding for all and 3 full bathrooms! Highly recommend & would return. Communications with host were excellent.

Lovely and quaint home that was excellently located for a wedding at the River Cliff Venue. Rooms were well decorated and clean. There were an excellent amount of towels and easily accessible extra linens. The home easily accommodated four adults and three children. It is also large enough and had enough dishes and cutlery to accommodate a medium sized gathering. The kitchen did lack some need kitchen utensils like measuring cups and mixing bowls. It is an old home and thus came with a few creaky boards on the steps and some doors that did not quite shut. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The house is nice with lots of character and in a good location. It could have used a better cleaning. Host was great and we loved the location being close to several beautiful state parks and Sparta provided a good selection and very good restaurants.
