About this property

Bungalow with pickleball court/pool walk to beach!

Fabulous 3/2 (YES 2 bathrooms - most in area only have 1) bungalow. All the luxury of home, such as tempur-pedic mattresses, luxurious sheets, big fluffy towels, fast WiFi, you name it. The backyard is an oasis. We have a pickleball court (yes, a court!!) a relaxing pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining table that seats 8, a pergola that hosts a comfy seating area & a Blackstone grill. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen and the cozy family room is adjacent to the kitchen, so no one is left out while cooking. The main bath was recently remodeled and features a walk in shower with a Euro door. The master bath was also remodeled and features dual sinks. Each bedroom has a TV and Tempur-pedic beds. Delray Beach is in a gentrification area. Our Street (SW 7th Street) is one of the nicest (safest) streets in Delray with many updated homes and just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach! Come stay with us <3

Any items left behind and need returning will be charged $25 + shipping fees
Absolutely no parties! $1k fine if a party is hosted at the house.

Excellent House and Backyard!

We had a great stay! The outside area was excellent; great size pool surrounded by a lot of seating areas (shaded and unshaded) and a pickle ball court. The host is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend booking this place.

Great house 15-20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Perfect place to watch the football game with our family out back next to the pool. We even enjoyed a few family games of pickle ball. Thank you!

Loved this property! Decor was so nice and layout was perfect The backyard was a true highlight and we enjoyed the pool and sitting area each night. Atlantic avenue is a quick .8 mile walk or drive. Host was lovely! Would definitely stay again!

Pickleball and a Pool

Do you really need anything other than a pickleball court and a pool to keep a family of 4 entertained?? We had a blast in the evenings hanging out in the backyard oasis. The interior is cute and comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Our family of four loved playing pickleball and relaxing in the pool!! So many great dinners at the house and on the avenue. The house was so well equipped and comfortable! Would definately return. Thanks for sharing with others !

Paradise

Came here for to enjoy my last day in the area before I went home. The price was to hard to pass up, especially with how this house is. I honestly did not want to leave this beautiful home. The beach theme was crazy good and made me wanna decorate my home like this. Then the pool, cornhole, basketball, and pickle ball was amazing! I will definitely come back!!! Kimmie again, beautiful home!

Hi, I'm Kimmie (mother, wife, problem solver, chef, shopper, wife, & all around do- gooder) Our family to moved to Florida 3 years ago via Calif (45 years) then Utah (10 years) Being from Ca, we wanted to be close to the beach, but didn't want to go back to Ca, so Florida was a natural choice. We LOVE Florida and we are sure you will as well.

Why they chose this property

Delray is an old beach town that is in the process undergoing gentrification. There are some shabby area and there are some areas that people have bought up old, falling down homes and gave them life again. Our street is one of the best streets in Delray with a lot of homeowners that have beautified their homes and take pride in our cute little neighborhood.

Our backyard Oasis is the BEST! We have everything a family would want for a relaxing vacation!
