Scenic Mountain Lodge is a welcoming vacation rental in Beaver Dams, NY.  Sparkling clean and boasting a gorgeous view, you'll love the thoughtfully furnished surroundings.  On the main floor there is a beautiful kitchen/living/dining area that is lined with windows and bathed in natrual light.  The kitchen is furnished for all your basic cooking and baking needs.  There are also two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom on the main floor.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with four single  beds and the other has three single beds.  There is a full bathroom upstairs as well.  Outdoors you'll find a beautiful pond, a pavilion housing an outdoor living space that includes a grill, fire pit with grilling rack, and comfy pation furniture.  This is the perfect place to connect with your loved ones as you enjoy the view and everything else this home provides.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Hunting is strictly prohibited

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

Peaceful! This property was exactly as described and what the pictures showed. Beautiful adirondack design, clean, large space for family to gather! The pond, pavilion, fire pit and hot tub were fantastic!! Amazing trip and we will definitely be back! So close to Watkins Glen a ton of winerys and Seneca Lake! Sunsets right over the pond for a beautiful view every night!

Spacious and beautiful. Not too happy about the bees nest outside of the door, the mold growing on the outdoor furniture, how dirty the tables and patio furniture was. Tons of amenities and only 18 mins from Watkins Glen.

Clean, new property in a quiet setting

My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this home on the hill. The house was very clean and accommodating. The outdoor pavilion space with jacuzzi and fire pit was beautiful overlooking the pond and mountains. Communication with the property manager was excellent too. We really enjoyed this getaway with close proximity to hiking trails and activities in Watkins Glen.

Perfect getaway house

I stayed here with a couple of friends and I must say that the photos don't do the house justice. It is a pretty open-concept house. The house was very neat and it felt like a brand new house.

Family vacation

Overall, the property was beautiful, wonderful view of the mountians and perfect for watching the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. My only issue was lack of firewood that was stated is provided. We stayed for 3 night and was only given 10 small pieces of wood. Given that we enjoy sitting by the fire, that only last the one night. I asked the property manager for more, but did not receive a response for the rest of the weekend, so we had to purchase more from other sources.
