Great spot in the heart of miami

Location walking distance to market side bay- so fun shopping & tours daytime. Lively night scene. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Close uber to baseball stadium and little Havana.

Great location

The location of the property was great. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Quick uber to the cruise port. Amenities of the unit and hotel were everything you could need. We would’ve loved a binder or info sheet in the unit with wifi, check- out instructions, hotel information etc. also we could have used a extra blanket or two (personal preference for sleeping)The apartment is beautiful and had all the space we were looking for. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. We stayed for 3 days pre cruise and would definitely book this agin.

The floor was not cleaned and had sticky mess in front of kitchenette. Only towels for two people when it was reserved for four adults. Had to contact 'owner' to get separate digital codes for each guest in order to access the unit, pool, exercise room, elevator and front door. Manager did not seem to realize that. Very minimalist provisions. Tv in master bedroom did not work. Had to request toilet paper, only a partial roll provided. Had three separate people come in to clean the floor, bring towels, and try to fix the tv. Very disruptive and disappointing. Poorly serviced.
