The villa is beautiful, spacious and was perfect for our family holiday. It is well situated, and in a very quiet, peaceful area. Views are stunningThe pool and outside areas are ideal for outside entertainment .Communication with the host was excellent and they met our request for a slightly earlier check in as we were travelling with a two year old and elderly parents.would not hesitate to recommend

The property was really beautiful and was perfect for our family of 10 adults.The host Steph was very welcoming and was easy to communicate with as we had a problem with the air conditioning stopping working.This was due to us having the air conditioning on overnight in each room due to the heatwave that Malta was experiencing.Steph came round within an hour of calling her and sorted everything outHighly recommend staying here.

The rooms were a really good size. The pool area was lovely (apart from the massive holes in the sunbeds). The views were lovely and the villa is a good distance to walk to bars and restaurants.The house wasn’t very clean, not all of the the lighting outside was working so it’s quite dangerous to walk about at night. Only 1 of the 4 lights on the upper terrace worked so couldn’t use at night. We did say about these issues but they weren’t resolved. The furniture is very dated. We were a family aged between 18 and 75 and we all enjoyed it but improvements need to happen in this villa.

A very nice villa for a family ( 3 generations) holiday. The beach was walkable, as well as good restaurants. Indoor pool very warm and waterfall and jacuzzi features exciting.The host was responsive and helpful.

Very welcoming host with great communication. The villa had everything we needed. The indoor pool was brilliant, we went in November so the outdoor one was a bit chilly. The pool side was lovely. Perfect quiet location with comfy beds and parking. Loved Malta, the location of the villa and the villa. Our party of 5 all different ages loved it and we had a brilliant time. Thank you

Wonderful house in a great area

Wonderful house and great hosts. The swimming pools are both amazing (outdoor and indoor). Great neighborhood. Well-located for exploring Malta, Gozo, and Comino. Highly recommend!

Tons of Beautiful Space

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The inside pool was an amazing bonus for the March weather. They had a Nespresso machine and laundry available, which was a huge help with our family. There was lots of cute restaurants and town was adorable nearby. Also great grocery store just up the hill from the property neighborhood. Bedrooms and common areas are all very large and lots of space to spread out with our family of five.

Fantastic holiday

10 people, three generations, age 3 - 65. Lovely villa, fantastic pool, all managed beautifully by Stephanie. Couldn’t have wished for more.

Family birthday celebration

The property was really lovely and provided us with everything we needed . The owners were great -very friendly helpful and answered quickly when we had any queries. You definitely need a car and in hindsight with 2 two year olds there were a lot of stairs but there is a stair guard on the living area stairs. There was some excellent restaurants a short drive away and an excellent beach .

Wonderful villa

We were 3 families holidaying together. Small issue in that the air con in 1 room wasn’t working but the villa owner went out of her way to resolve and efficiently communicated with us throughout.. you will need a car or taxi but (bolts are cheap an efficient) overall a great choice of villa and a good location

Beautiful villa in photos, but the reality did not match what’s advertised — and there are hidden fees that aren’t disclosed anywhere on the listing itself.Hidden AC fees not disclosed in the listing: The listing states in multiple places “All rooms are airconditioned” and “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.” In reality, AC usage is capped at a 50/week credit per unit — and with 5 bedrooms and multiple living areas, that credit was completely used up in a day and a half, not a week. This limit is buried in a separate rental agreement, not mentioned anywhere in the actual listing description, amenities section, important information, or house rules. We only discovered it when the AC shut off automatically in the middle of the night, with no instructions on-site for resetting it, leaving us without AC in August heat. The next morning we were told continuing to use AC would cost extra — confirming this was never really “no hidden fees.”Furniture didn’t match the photos: The listing photos show pristine, well-maintained furniture throughout. In person, both indoor and outdoor furniture had visible rips and stains not reflected anywhere in the photos.Missing basic essentials: Despite the listing implying a fully equipped home, we had to buy basic essentials that weren’t provided — salt, pepper, other kitchen staples, dish soap, and basic bathroom items.Bottom line: The property itself has a nice layout and setting, but the gap between what’s advertised and what you

Malta stay

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed Malta and small enough Island to get to everywhere from our base . Host was contactable on phone and whilst we did a have a few issues generally we got most sorted satisfactorily. Tips for owner based on years of Villa stays; Charge a bit more so we dont get told we have £50 euro credit on aircon when weather super hot or just ask us to be considerate and turn off when we arent in property as this isnt a problem and we would be; Some decoration of the walls around the pool would elevate the feel of the area as otherwise very good. A guide book for basic instruction on use of the villa would also help to reduce calls to owner.

Well positioned spacious villa

This is generally a very nice villa for family or friends. We were 6 adults and 4 children, including a toddler and despite the steps this worked really well. The kitchen, dining, lounge area with 2 bedrooms on the same floor works really well for a family with small children. There is an excellent sliding gate at the top of the stairs making this a very safe indoor area for children. Out of season the indoor pool is the Star feature. Our children loved this pool, great fun. It’s an easy walk down to the sea and along the promenade to a lovely safe beach with nice restaurants nearby. Try Munchies, great food. The local supermarket has an amazing deli counter for self catering. The owners Garrett and Antoinette were very helpful.

Potential to be exceptional

Vacation villa run by a welcoming and responsive family. Among the best hosts you could ask for. House located in a great spot with top notch list of amenities. The set up was perfect for us with two littles. The outdoor space was a dream. The whole place could use a deep clean and some maintenance. A lot of things just didn’t exactly work the way they should and not stuff that was a dealbreaker, but for the quality of overall home (and the price that comes with it) you want a working toaster, and a door handle on the refrigerator that isn’t broke, completely reliable WiFi etc. There was a welcome basket with some treats upon arrival which was very kind but honestly we would have just preferred some more practical things to assist with the stay. Salt/pepper, cooking oil, a proper spatula, laundry soap, shampoo/shower soap. In short, this is absolutely a place I’d recommend to other travelers. Just do so knowing the polish & essentials if you plan to do a lot of cooking are not quite at the luxury level the home & photos suggest.

An Amazing Property

We really enjoyed staying in this huge house! Having breakfast and lunch in the sunshine on the top balcony overlooking the pool was the best bit! The pool was easily big enough for all of us and everyone got a sun lounger!! With us staying in April, the indoor pool was really handy in the evening and meant the kids could have yet another dip! The hosts were so helpful and looked after us really well. It would be really helpful to have a few more plates, bowls and glasses in a house for 10 - we had to keep using the outdoor plastic set. The dishwasher was broken but I'm sure it's been fixed by now. All in all though a great house with super hosts, thank you for a lovely stay!

La propriété correspond complètement à la description qui en est faite. La maison des très confortable et agréable. Il nous semble cependant bon de signalé la qualité de la vaisselle et des verres qui ne correspondent pas à la qualité de la maison ainsi que la quantité complètement inaproprié au nombre de personnes. Nous avons manqué. le lave vaisselle ne lave plus. Les paniers sont rouillés. Le mobilier ne correspond pas à cette belle propriété.

Horrible !!!

The owner came to the villa while we were renting it, he came back without asking us for permission and without telling us. He was aggressive and threatening, he tried to steal our personal belongings and the agency did nothing about his behaviour and defended him. Absolutely to flee.

Nice week in sunny Malta

Nice, spacious villa for two families. Well situated for sightseeing as about 40 mins from Valletta. Did a lovely boat trip from the village around Comino & Gozo. Stephanie & Garrett very helpful and nice welcome pack on arrival. We enjoyed our week and hope to visit Malta again in the future.

Beautiful house and massive pool

We were a family of 6 (parents & two adult couples with their partners). As a family with very high cleanliness expectations we couldn’t fault the property & the house was so large it would have easily accommodated 10! Any problems we had with maintenance were very quickly rectified by the owners & they were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Thank you Garrett & Stephanie! I would definitely recommend a car as the shops are quite a long walk away but only a couple of minutes drive & also only a couple of minutes drive to the beach.

De bonnes vacances entre copains dans cette belle villa. Gros bémol : l'eau chaude pour prendre une douche ! Nous étions 9 et n'avions jamais eu d'eau chaude ! Et aussi l'eau de la piscine intérieure qui était bien froide .
