The advertised sleeping capacity refers to registered overnight guests and does not override the separately disclosed visitor and occupancy rules. Those policies are provided in advance and are not optional. The concerns regarding landscaping, trash, pool condition, pests, odors, and interior maintenance were reviewed with the appropriate teams and addressed as necessary. We take legitimate issues seriously, but we strongly disagree with the suggestion that the property is broadly neglected or inaccurately represented. We stand firmly behind the home, the accuracy of the listing, and the maintenance standards we expect from our team and vendors.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Sorry the overgrown landscaping gave you a less-than-great first impression; we’ll get that trimmed up ASAP. We aim to keep everyone safe and comfortable, which is why we stay vigilant on guest policies and the pool camera. Glad the house was clean and tidy! Extra towels and blankets are normally in our supply closet. The bar setup is meant to add some fun but we’ll keep your point in mind about the vibe.
