Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure hot tub is covered and temperature set to 90 degrees.
During winter months set thermostat to 53 degrees. Summer months be sure to turn off AC upstairs if used and leave upstairs bedroom windows open.
Trash containers need to be LOCKED at all times. Animals will open them and create a mess.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
