Grande apartamento, mas infelizmente estava muito sujo

A localização é muito boa e no apartamento cabem 6 pessoas tranquilamente. Encontramos o apt. sujo, não conseguimos utilizar nenhum utensílios da casa sem antes limpar bem os objetos, pois estavam muito sujo e gorduroso. Eduardo mandou duas pessoas do prédio para limpar a geladeira e os banheiros, pois tinha muitos cabelos, restos de comida etc.. Mesmo assim não ficou tudo limpo, por que não foi feito uma faxina geral. Os colchões estavam muito velhos e com odor desagradável. O internet não funcionou nenhum momento. Resumindo nós ficamos insatisfeitos por que a descrição no contrato variou muito da realidade. The location is good and 6 people can stay there easily. We found the apartment very dirty and could not use any utensils before cleaning by ourselves. Eduardo sent two employees of the building to clean bathrooms and fridge, because it was all really dirty with a lot of hairs and old food etc.. Even after cleaning it was not really clean, as before a general cleaning did not happen before. The mattresses are very old and smelled. Internet did not work the whole time. Summing up we were not satisfied because description in contract is different than in reality.

Muito bom! Recomendo!

Local muito bom, bem localizado, a uma quadra da praia e próximo a restaurantes, bares, lojas, etc. O apto é muito espaçoso, tem estrutura, ótimo acabamento e muito bonito. A cozinha é boa, com tudo que precisa. Tem lavanderia com máquina, os banheiros são ótimos, bem acabados e grandes. os quartos também são ótimos, camas boas, roupeiros para guardar as coisas, o apto é bem mobiliado. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a internet que parou de funcionar no meio da estadia e achamos que tem poucas roupas de cama e travesseiros, suficiente apenas para 5 pessoas, porém fomos em 9, mas nada que comprometa a viagem. recomendo!

LUGAR PRÓXIMO DE TUDO COM GARAGEM, AO LADO DA PRAIA DO FORTE, LOJAS AMERICANAS, RESTAURANTES SELF SERVICE E ALA CARTE, BARES, BANCOS , GALERIAS DE LOJAS. APARTAMENTO EXCELENTE MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO PODE SE FAZER TUDO SEM CARRO SE QUIZER , CHURRASQUEIRA, BANHEIROS ACOMODA DE FORMA CONFORTÁVEL 10 PESSOAS. perfeito!

o apartamento é ótimo, amplo, comporta facilmente umas 10 pessoas, fomos em 4 adultos e 2 crianças e foi perfeito nossa estadia! ótima localização, 1 quadra da praia, facilitou muito nossos passeios de caminhada.. o Eduardo sempre esteve acessível pelo wathsapp , sempre que necessitei de alguma coisa para dentro do apto ele prontificou a atender. infelizmente a maquina de lavar que esta no anuncio não estava funcionando, porem quando questionei ele disse que se fosse muito necessário ele conseguiria um lugar para larvamos as roupas, porem não quis importuna-lo, pois ele sempre foi muito bem receptivo em todas minhas conversas e duvidas! super recomendo o apto! ps: melhor lugar pra ficar é cabo frio pois vc faz bate e volta em arraial do cabo e búzios, porem indico quem for em búzios passar uma noite lá pois a cidade é realmente linda ao anoitecer!

Eu e a minha família ficamos hospedados por 4 dias. Recomendo demais! Imóvel limpo, arejado,espaçoso e ótima localização pertinho de tudo. O Eduardo sempre muito solicito. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes.
