This property is just amazing: excellent location that is easily walkable to major sites downtown and on the Civil Rights Trail, as well as the river; spacious with beds for a large party; beautiful decor and fun rooftop area. Highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as advertised and was very clean. Although there were only 4 of us, the house is so spacious that even a group of 10 would be very comfortable here. It was very close to everywhere we went.

I can't say enough about this house- it is great. Has everything you need and the space is excellent. Exactly as the pictures shown. Host was very responsive with a couple of hiccups during our stay- definitely nothing he could control. I would definitely stay here again! Don't overlook this property when staying in Memphis. Fed-Ex Forum right there and plenty of places to eat within a 5-minute drive.

Parking garage was large and easily accessible. Rooftop patio area was great. The only sort of negative thing is the number of stairs and the power blinds didn't all work properly. Overall, this was a great place to stay, near the Beale st district and right next to the FedEx Forum.

Beautiful Property!

One of the few times that the pictures actually match the property, only being there one night didn't allow us enough time to fully enjoy all of the entertaining spaces but it was perfect for our company gathering and the sunset on the rooftop was perfect! Super clean and spot on description, would absolutely stay here again!

My family and myself really enjoyed staying at this beautiful and well laid-out property. The roof-top patio was a great addition! The property is close to Beale Street.

The home is like pictured. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. Even enough toilet paper and paper towels!

Great house right across from the FedEx Center and an easy walk to Beale St and the Orpheum Theater. Wife and I met my two sisters here and really enjoyed Memphis and this house made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. A lot of stairs, but if that isn’t an issue then highly recommend this house

We had a great stay and the property was two blocks to the FedEx forum and Beal street. It had everything we needed with enough space for everyone. Plenty of towels! Communication with the host was clear and consistent. We would have liked to stay longer, but we’ll be back.

Our weekend trip to Memphis was filled with fun, entertainment and memories made. We arrived to our VRBO with detailed instructions from Matthew. The place was clean, just as pictured and walking distance to Beale street, the Forum and The Peabody. Loved the rooftop seating area. We had beautiful weather so was nice to have that area to enjoy. Loved having a two car garage to park in. It is Memphis, so glad we could utilize a garage at nights.
