Come to the Top of the POCONOS to get away and RELAX! We just remodeled our home with a big new deck & updated new interior... WFI included

10 miles to the Delaware River at Hancock NY for fly fishing

Ask about our "Recreation Package" to gain access to our 400 acre farm for hiking, Mtn biking, target shooting, etc (NO ATV's). Also includes access to a private 35 acre lake for fishing, boating (no motors), kayaking.

Come enjoy a quiet weekend in the country. Start a fire in our fire pit. Grill on our gas grill. Great place for a family retreat or to get a few old friends together. Give your kids a real taste of the country!

Log home with gas fireplace, new furniture, and new appliances.

Sleeps 10 comfortably with four bedrooms and two full baths.

Bedroom one has two queens. Bedroom two has two queen beds. Bedroom three has two double beds. Bedroom four has a queen bed and a single.

Sorry, we require the renter to be 30 or older. NO rowdy parties please as we have neighbors with small children. Absolutely no fireworks! Must observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and peaceful. The log cabin was very clean and adorable. The yard was large and very well maintained. The children had so much fun playing outside and making S'mores. We are very happy that we chose this as our vacation place! Thank you to the owners!

Winter flyfishing weekend

Three of us college buddies get together 2-3 times a year to flyfish. Your cabin was perfect for us and everything was simple and easy. Loved the buck mounts in the cozy living room and would like to know what detergent you use on your linens and towels...they smell great!

Great place for a family reunion

My three adult children and their spouses and one four year old grandchild stayed here when our rental on Lake Shehawken fell through at the last minute. Rick and his rental saved our once in a lifetime reunion. The home is inviting and made everyone feel "at home." Lots to do with indoor and outdoor games and trails and the best view from the comfortable front porch.

Great Getaway Location!

Beautiful property, lovely owners, fantastic weekend.

We had such a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was large enough to hold my family, my brother's family and my mother. Our kids LOVED the property and played countless hours of hide and seek. We had smores at the fire pit, coffee on the patio in the morning and slept like babies in the super comfy beds. We made some great memories and are so happy with our decision to rent this house :)

The stay was ok but im very disappointed that the owner came looking for us at the cabin at 1pm on the checkout day to ask when we were leaving. Moreover, i was workkng with an email i received informing us that we can spend the day since they were not in a rush to prepare the cabin for another guest...

Later the cabin had a booking and needed to be cleaned. I forgot I offered you a late departure. I wasn’t going to comment but you also left the cabin a mess with beds not stripped. We don’t ask much, but you didn’t even try.

Elk 2022

Another awesome Elk family vacation and Rick’s house didn’t disappoint. All the feels and pics don’t do it justice. Definitely hit Arlo’s Tavern on way back from the mountain. Cool spot.

Great snowy snowboard weekend

The cabin was awesome. It was very clean, updated and very well stocked. We loved the log cabin feel. It was definitely bigger than the pictures show. We had plenty of room. Richard was a wonderful host, quick to respond, and helped recommend good places to eat. Elk mountain was a quick 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend and would book future trips.

We loved the cabin!

Rick's place was perfect for our ski trip to Elk Mountain. The 4BR, 2BA setup was ideal for our group. After a long day of skiing, the family room with Gas Stove was a great place to unwind. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the outside firepit with the almost 3 feet of snow the prior week....but something to look forward to for our next visit! We really could not have picked a better home for our weekend away.

Beautiful home and scenery!

We had a lovely stay at this home with a group of friends as we were all visiting our children at a local summer camp. The house was in the perfect location and everything about the visit was easy. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of beds and space for 3 couples. The best part of the home is the outdoor space, which is perfect for relaxing in the summer. The fire pit was great and there was plenty of wood on hand. Rick recommended some local restaurants and we had a great dinner at the Speak Easy on Saturday night. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Reset

We rent cabins throughout Pennsylvania and this by far is the best yet. The home was clean and inviting. The home was large and the view was breathtaking. This is the first time the owner of one of these home took the time to reach out to us and have a conversation. After that he left the next contact to us. This will be our go to place to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Clean and high quality dishes, knives and sheets/ pillows. The beds were very comfortable. Cozy and wonderful views with wrap around porch. Plenty of yard space for games. Enjoyed the alpaca farm across the street too. Website says no WiFi and no AC but we had both. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful View & Super Co

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's perfectly set up for two families to enjoy. The views, expansive yard and gorgeous wrap around porch were amazing. I have stayed at many a rental property and have never found a more well-stocked, clean and maintained kitchen.
