This dog-friendly new construction retreat is the perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful, relaxing vacation, right in the heart of Deep Creek Lake. 

The cottage features modern amenities and thoughtful touches, offering a full sized bathroom, kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and a loft bedroom with an adjustable Simmons BeautyRest pillow top bed. The open-concept design allows for plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Step outside onto the private deck and take in the picturesque vista of the glistening lake and wooded landscape. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night beside the fire pit, The Tiny House at Deep Creek Lake offers privacy and convenience.

Located across the road from the lake and all its amenities, this cottage is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers, foodies or those looking to hunker down and unwind.  Enjoy swimming, fishing or boating at the public access spot a short stroll down Lake Shore Drive. Skiing or snowboarding at the WISP is a short five minute drive. Head around the corner to Deep Creek Lake State Park for a leisurely walk along the shore or spend the day with your toes in the sand at the beach. For those seeking adventure, the area offers hiking and mountain biking trails and water activities to satisfy your sense of exploration.

The Details:

New Construction, just under 500 square feet, featuring a full kitchen and bath. Open floor plan living room that spills out onto a side porch with back patio and firepit. Sleeps 2-4. A loft bedroom with a full size adjustable pillow top Simmons BeautyRest bed and lake views. The living room couch pulls out into a full sized bed, tucked away for your convenience is a memory foam mattress topper for a lush and comfortable night's sleep. Lots of green space with ample parking, patio with grill, fire pit. WiFi, flatscreen t.v., record player, all of the essentials. Plenty of room for your family or pups to run around. Oh, and the location is unbeatable!

This tiny/cozy house is perfect for a couples getaway. Althought the top bedroom area was a bit clastrophobic for me, my girlfriend enjoyed it. This is an awesome cozy cabin.

Great time at the tiny house!

We had such a nice stay at the tiny house! The inside was adorable and the location is perfect. The views were beautiful and there were lots of hiking trails and delicious food nearby. We definitely plan to come back for another stay soon!

Cute tiny home with plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for two people. The house is very centrally located so it was no more than 15 mins to get anywhere we wanted to go. I particularly enjoyed the fire pit out back!

Perfect Getaway House!

The tiny house was 100% as advertised. It was clean, the host was very responsive, and the location was perfect. This is an ideal weekend getaway house for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Deep Creek!

The host, Jeff was exceptionally proactive in communicating. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Even better than expected in person.The house had beautiful Christmas decorations and a very nice welcome basket. We traveled with two small dogs and there was room in the loft for their little beds. Carrying the puppies up and down the stairs was necessary due to steepness but that was expected. Just something to consider if that’s not your thing. Overall positive experience!

Deep Creek Tiny House

We had a wonderful stay at this little house. The lake views were beautiful and it was located close to everything we wanted to check out. The hottub and record player were added bonus's during our snowy weekend. Definetly reccommend!

Prefect Get away!!

We had an amazing getaway at the Tiny House visiting from Washington, D.C. area for a couple of days. The property manager was easy to reach and made the check-in process seamless. When we first arrived, the place was a bit warm, likely due to the time of day, but it cooled down by the evening. The manager provided excellent recommendations for activities, including hiking, dining options, and a beach area for us and our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great Stay!

The Tiny House was an awesome getaway space for us and our pupper. The space is very clean and well maintained. We loved the little touches of dog treats and small bottles of champagne greeting us upon check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and hot tub was perfect for stargazing in the cold weather. Jeff provided a lot of information on local eateries and attractions that made us feel even more at home.

The tiny house was great! Jeff was an outstanding host and the house and property were amazing I loved the hot tub, fire pit and all of the summer lake supplies (even though it was too cold to use). We will definitely be back in the summer!

A perfect little house for a family of 3.

We love this tiny house ! One of my favorite nights of our weekend getaway was when we decided to stay in, grill dinner and have a camp fire. The owner thought of everything! We will be back!

Loved the Tiny House!

My fiancé, my small dog and myself stayed for two nights at the tiny house and absolutely loved it! The house and the property was very clean. All of the amenities were perfectly thought out, we especially enjoyed getting to have our own camp fires each night. The location of the tiny house is perfectly central to all Deep Creek restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend staying at the tiny house, we can’t wait to go back!

Our first time in a tiny home. If you have bad knees you may want to rethink this property Centrally located! We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the Adirondack chairs. I would recommend this home for adults with young knees! I was hoping to see more of the lake. The construction equipment next door was a put off, but we were out and about most of the time. We rented a pontoon boat for a day then did a lot of hiking the other days.
