The whole condo is very out dated. It needs a lot of maintenance. We went 24 hours without AC and it had leaked all over one bedrooms floor. HVAC guy did come but the carpet is still wet after 4 days and the whole area smells terrible. There were lights but no light bulbs. Carpet is filthy. Receptacles in walls are loose and not useable. It just really needs some TLC!!!!!

We had the AC company out same day to fix the PTAC unit. My handyman was out there same day t dry the water. Of curse they asked for a refund but our policy is that if we fix the issue within 24 hours which we did there is no refund. This is not true. We have had multiple guests out there since and none of compalined. We update and replace as items break in the unit. We have updated many things in this unit including applandes, bed headboards and furniture as well as light fixtures. Also guest said there were no lightbulbs but we leave extra light bulbs in thecabinets of the kitchen for exactly this reason. They admitted afterwards that they never called us or checked the cabinets for that issue.

The place is up for sale, so I guess owner isn't going to do anything, the right side of sliding patio door has broken seal so you have an obstructed view. The curtains are so old, the sun shines thru them where the backing is worn out. Carpet horribly dirty, furniture stains with who knows what, wet are outside the 4th bedrooms bathroom was wet all week. The dryer vents was so full I am surprised it has not caught on fire. The dust on the light vents in middle bath unreal. Had to buy fabreeze, we put towels and blankets on top of furniture to sit. The large burner on stove is not working. Cheapest patio furniture, the lounge was broken.

We had a fantastic week! Furniture has been updated since photos taken. Pool area and beach access were wonderful. Rufia and Frank were very accommodating. There were a few minor wear and tear issues that did not interfere with our vacation. I messaged Rufia to let her know. She quickly responded that they could come fix any issues but they were so minor it wasn’t necessary. We would book again in May!

Loved the room! Location was great! The only downsides were one tv remote didn't work, couldn't find another one ( found it on our last day) and the water pressure in the shower could be stronger.....would DEFINITELY stay again!!

The location was great on the beach. Pools, activities for families and quick beach access were all fantastic. The unit was not as expected. The pictures on the listing were entirely different than the actual unit. Furnishings were definitely not as nice as pictures portrayed. The master bath shower curtain was moldy and bugs in the ceiling light. Paint was chipping on window sills in one bedroom (dangerous for children). Only 2 small burners worked well on the stove. We met other families in the building that had booked through a management company and had much cleaner units. Overall, this unit was not worth the price we paid other than having the number of bedrooms we needed. Would definitely not stay there again. Pictures are of the mold and the pictures of the unit on the listing we were supposed to get. You can tell on one picture the living room furniture is completely different. Pricey place for what we received.

Guest never gave us a chance to resolve any issues. See all of my other 5 star reviews for this unit. The furniture is different because it has been replaced with new furniture. Paint is not dangerous as it is water not lead based. We paint these units in the winter but they get a lot of use especially the 4 bedroom units throughout the year. This was an uinreasonable review. The shower curtains could all have been replaced the same day as the cleaning company gives us a guarentee to make things right. We are checking on the stove and will replace it if this is true.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of 13. Kitchen well equipped. Nice feature to have 4 pools with two out of the sun. Thankful for pool towels. The entire resort could use a bit of updating.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our ladies week away. The description was just as we found it. The kitchen was well stocked ( exception was a big spoon to stir things), the entire condo was very clean and spacious ( and we had 8 women), and the view was absolutely gorgeous!! We would highly recommend to stay here!!
