One of the hottest postcodes on the Athenian Riviera, Vouliagmeni is the ideal location to stay if you want to combine sun, beach and relaxation with a chic shopping and nightlife scene. A little more subdued than its glitzier neighbour, Glyfada and Voula, Vouliagmeni offers just that right amount of buzz.
If a day in the centre of Athens is in your plans, it is only a 30’ drive (45’ tram ride) and apart from the endless beach options, a trip along the coast to Sounio is definitely worth the 40’ drive.
